They never had anything to begin with I guess. When you look at the responses to the motions in totality, it is mind boggling that the defense lawyers even filed them in the first place. JSS either indicated the matters were resolved, the DT failed to cross the witnesses effectively, or the rationale for the motion did not belong before the Court. IMO

"Legal expert Dwayne Cates doesn't think the judge's ruling will make much difference. He noted it's very unusual for a jury to sentence a woman to the death penalty.

YorN, AzCentral, Arizona Repugnant er, Republic newspaper, and KPNX 12 (and throw Kweefer in there with them) has turned into ENTERTAINMENT NEWS. All are under the Gannett Corporation. They're whole organization is a hotbed of "people behaving badly". If you were a local here, you could have watched the Genesis of the network going down.........I wouldn't use their newspaper to line bird cages with, and I haven't watched their news casts for years.
It's "All About Us (the reporters)".
They're just upset because they can't report something "salacious". At one time, they were the best organization to get fair, balanced information from. NOT any more, and definitely NOT for a long time.

I don't think this was a "bombshell", more like "Scorched Earth". Throw in some Daisy Cutters, a few Ontos tanks........and just wait for the white flag.

I had so hoped in some way we would be able to see JA.'s face when this was read!! I hoed she would show some sort of suffering, after all this was all about her losing out. I will try to find a page that may mention it.

I am with you, Nore. I would like to help with the tweets, but I usually use my iPad and it does not copy tweets. So a huge thank you to the ones who do it for us!!

When/if it ever sinks in on missy that her chances are slim for a decent life, I would like to see or know her reaction, too. I cannot imagine it would be pretty. She is definitely one for the books, and will be studied in depth I imagine.

Just wish this phase could get rolling along steadily instead of all the stop/start/pause features.

Maybe true jurors don't see women as monsters but one look at those crime scene pics Jodi is a monster. if she wants to live beg for mercy. She's a liar and she looks stupid trying to blame others for her road to murder. I know just need one Jmo
