At times JSS seems to be on ball - when she said this has gone on long enough (but it was directed at Juan)
She claims to have a ruling after testimony of Det.Flores and Sue/John D. Smith-nihm - and there's not.
I can understand frustration - now for sure she knows trial into Feb.
Jury to let court know of any conflicts - is that just waiting for them to drop?
Every time I give benefit of doubt to JSS - there's more time wasted.

Sure would like to know what's said in silence.
