:seeya: :tyou: YESorNO for the B'day wishes !

And a BIG :tyou::tyou::tyou: for all you do here on this case !!!

 and Hugs !

I'm trying to get ready to go on our annual ski trip so am way, way behind. Trying to catch up a little.

RG says a journal is helpful to understand the big picture of DV--emotion, state of mind. Look for outside witnesses--did they notice a change in personality, bruising, emotional abuse? Look at the history of the person--was there DV in the childhood home? Consider the person's interviews--how JA describes it. Testing--is it consistent with someone who's been traumatized?

Oh, RG, you mean according to the Killer's fake journal ? Really ? Are these so called "Professionals" really that naive ? Give me an effing break. :furious:

ETA: And this man was once someone I looked up to and respected as a professor and mentor. I am totally disgusted and devastated to know he's turned into nothing more than a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 for this defense.

I don't think Marc McGee's Facebook page still exists, at least not this Marc McGee. There are several others. I've been doing my sleuthing on Facebook this evening.

Sure, she has PTSD, HaHa, of course she does, from being caught , incarcerated, convicted, and pending a possible... What ? Death Sentence! Would that not cause some symptoms akin to PTSD ? Hello ! NOT to mention that this cruel killer is such a good, unconscionable manipulator.... wah, wah, wah, she cries. Well, Diddums! :boohoo:

Even all I loved today.

Jodi Arias Sentencing Circus Update 1/20/15

"...I should not be shocked, but I am. Judge Stephens is allowing the anonymous affidavits in. Because, Arizona. Also they will all be read by Geffner, perhaps accompanied by some sort of interpretative dance..."

http://tamaratattles.com/2015/01/21/jodi-arias-sentencing-circus-update-12015/

A multi-media presentation. Geff reading, some crack pot dancing, overheads of Jodi's "art," selfies, and family photos, with Jodi herself humming "O Holy Night" quietly in the background. While doing a headstand.

Because, Arizona.

Yes! Juan got up and immediately demolished the credibility and anonymity of Witness #1, whom we all knew was Marc McGee, and also made Dr. Geffner look like a fool in the process. It was Juanderful!!:juanettes::juanettes::juanettes:
It turns out Marc McGee was the one looking at the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on the Bishop's computer before his wedding to his mail-order bride and that he changed his dates, so the physical abuse of Deanna couldn't have happened.

Really ? Because I am at a loss and have no time or way of catching up at this point with what is going on. If anyone could give me a summary or something, I will give you a

Looks like Andrea Yates to me.

I hate that they got one semi-good photo of her today. Normally, she looks like a hag and you can see that age and her evilness is catching up with her. This must have been before Juan got to her.

ETA: semi-good.

Greetings, all!

I feel better than I did yesterday. Juan is at the helm and in control.

I just wanted to say thank you, for all the hard work and dedication in keeping the tweets and links a'comin'.
You all are doing a great service to us all.
When I do sign in, my thanks button just won't cooperate, I click, but, nothing.
The button disappears after my first thanx..
< cry>
Even when I refresh.
< sigh>

There is something I wanted to mention..
Yesterday I spent quite a bit of time watching vid's of the guilt phase. As I watched Ryan Burns' testimony,
there were many details I had forgotten..
I thought it a nice little hit to the murderess when he mentioned he could feel her _Strength_ ,
as she ground her much used nether region against him.
The frail, faux religious, flower........Vom.
I had forgotten she went to a lunch work meeting as a tag-along with R.B., as well as an evening PPL work session.
Acting as if there were nothing that could ever wrinkle her brow. The world was rainbows and sunshine...

During the two times she used him like a slip-n-slide, he stated he did not notice any bruises,
nor did she act as if she were sore in any way.
Good actress, huh....
I imagine any one of us would be stiff beyond belief, having used every muscle in the way she must have.
R.B, his looks and body-shape, his very persona reminds me soo much of Travis, I felt a little shock as I watched,
thinking with disgust how she spun her web for the purpose of catching _him_.
Baby talk some "insightful" principles, and a little frontal wiggle. Her carrot on a stick.

The reason I mention all this....
Out of the blue, a nasty severe Trojan tried to get me.. 3:14 PST.
I'm safe, my Safety shields are up.
Also, in the last two days, I've been attacked by a popup as WS is loading.
Three pop-ups in a nano- second and a fourth telling me to call tech support immediately,
helpfully giving me a 1-800 number.
I'm not paranoid, I know this sort of thing happens all the time on the inter-webbie and I have the proper armour.
I just wanted to mention it, in case others might have noticed any monkey business.
Supporters of the murderess have been known to throw threats like rice at a wedding.
Be careful out there, friends. Minions can be very unpredictable.

Back to reading the days events! < waves>

Sorry folks, just felt the need to butt in and say a brief word on behalf of pit bulls. Three words, actually: nature versus nurture. I had one growing up (accidentally, we had know idea what he was when we got him from the pound as a puppy), and he was sweet, easy to train, very loving, and, I truly believe, had a wacky sense of humor. As it happens, one of the things that "cracked him up" the most was when my father or I came in through the doggie door (I don't think my mother or sister ever did). The event always triggered a lot of jumping up and down, yelping, and slobber. Another one of the big deals in his life was the constant pursuit of holding two tennis balls in his mouth at once. Every few months he'd actually manage it and then go zooming around the house with his head held high so that everyone could see. Inevitably in his enthusiasm he'd lose his grip and the balls would go squirting out of his mouth, and the cycle would start all over again. Another obsession was burying stuff and as far as we know never digging it up. Give him a new toy and not let him out into the back yard, and he'd "bury" the toy under a rug or behind furniture. Obviously he buried bones. Even Milk Bones, unless we gave him the teeny-tiny ones. After burying something, he'd come storming into the house with his face and front paws covered in dirt and dance around triumphantly like he'd just scored a touchdown. We'd all crack up and I honestly think he was laughing with us.

He aslo had an attention for detail. When told to get out of the kitchen, he'd go lie down with his nose precisely at the border between the kitchen tile and the wood floor in the dining room. When told to get out of the dining room, he'd lie down in the living room with his nose precisely at the line of demarcation between the living room and the dining room. He knew he was not allowed on the furniture. When there was anybody home. I guess we didn't teach that rule too well. He'd never be on the furniture when we came home, but we could usually find a warm spot somewhere. We let him keep his own interpretation of the rule. He himself decided that after inhaling his meals, he should run around and thank everybody (I guess that's what he was doing), then go back and double check his bowl, just in case he'd missed something. There was never anything there, but he always came back to check.

Good old Gus. He was a sweetheart with us, our cats (who dominated him), our friends, people and dogs in the park. Meter readers, mail carriers, UPS people -- definitely not a fan, but I think he had it in his head that it was his job to scare these people off when the came up to the house and did weird things. "They show up, I bark, they leave." He had no way of knowing that him barking like a lunatic wasn't a part of the equation. Anyway, he never had access to them, and I'm sure they all thought of him as another loud angry dog they were glad was never in the front yard. Which, in fact, he almost never was, certainly not alone and certainly not off the leash. We knew he was very protective and it was most evident in the front yard of our house. Obviously he was built like a fire hydrant and could easily kill a person, but we just made sure to introduce him properly to friends. We never had a problem. (On the other hand, I was once menaced by a friend's two goofy old basset hounds, who I thought knew me well, when I was staying at the friend's house and got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Dogs will be dogs.)

I left for college when Gus was about 9 and at that point he transfered his primary attachment to my mother. Of course, he'd still be all over me whenever I came home to visit. When he was about 13, my mother died. Gus died about a year later, partly from age and partly, I believe, from a broken heart.

Gus was a good dog. I bet he and Napoleon would have been friends. I can imagine them tearing around after each other, doing play bows, playing keep-away, and sniffing each other's butts. Although he would have no trouble at all scaring the bejeezus out of certain people in this trial, or even inflicting grievous bodily harm, with other people he'd just be a big goof. He'd try to get in their laps and lick their faces, but he'd get down when told to do so. He'd shove a slobbery tennis ball in their hands, roll over for a belly rub, sit in quivering anticipation for a Milk Bone, or just fall asleep at someone's feet, snoring contentedly until something interesting actually happened.

I don't have any pictures of him on my computer. He was an ugly, bullet-headed brute with a giant smile. Kind of like this guy:

What an absolutely awesome heartfelt story. I am teary eyed. It was just such a beautiful story. I am in a genealogy chat room which meets 9 pm EST until whenever. We have a person we have deemed our in house dog whisperer. She volunteers at a dog shelter that does not euthanize any animals and has excellent skills with dogs. She has had a few favorites until they were eventually adopted ..and two of her very favorites were pit bulls. We both agree that pit bulls have been given a bad rap. Thank you very much for sharing your story. (JMO)

Peepers McPeep, oh yes, I have been attacked by "Trojans", at least I guess that it was they were. The first time this occurred was early January of this year and was 14 times in a row (with barely a breather) until I had to shut my window as recommended by a computer geek who was in my genealogy chat room at the time (I had several windows open but only Websleuths forum would have produced this as I understand from the computer geek who saw that Websleuths has had problems with hackers in the past (not saying this was due to hackers, I have no idea). I saw the words video and fake browser. Yes, I was a bit paranoid since the talk at the time was computers versus 🤬🤬🤬🤬. I have been attacked a few times since but I quickly close the window. Thankfully I have an excellent free anti-virus program called AVG. And yes, I also have Spybot. Thank you for sharing as I have wondered if others are having the same problem. (JMO)

Regarding the photo..... JA is wearing makeup? Lip gloss? Foundation? And she's tweezed her brows? She's had her nails done? How does she get to do this in jail?

Tweezers not usually allowed in jail/prison, so they use the "removal by string" method. Go to youtube and you can find a video about this method. Makeup would be allowed. Nailpolish? Must be allowed or she would not have it.

BUT - are those tell-tale gray hairs gone?

Laugh out loud lines of the day go to <drumroll> William Pitts!

1.) At breaktime, urging our beloved Juan to "drink some green tea" so he doesn't "blow an o-ring".

2.) Describing the DT, upon JM inadvertently saying the actual name of Witness #1 for a second time, as both simultaneously screeching out "OBJECTION!"

Too funny!

----------------------------

For the person who wanted a summary:
Remainder of direct was same old same old. Blah, blah, Jodi was abused by her boyfriends. Blah, blah, Jodi was abused by Travis. End of direct.

Juan up with immediate question about accuracy of date Witness #1 claimed in affidavit for supposed Travis-Deanna "pushing incident". Juan being Juan. Demanding "yes or no" answers. Request by judge for him to slow down for court reporter. Side bar after sidebar.

Mysterious Witness #1 outed as a Jodi-lover named Marc McGee, an American now residing in New Zealand. He wrote a letter to the DT attorneys on Jan 17th of this year stating he made a mistake on the date of the incident and gave a new date. Juan was able to show that neither date was possible. At the time of the first date (the one given in the affidavit) Deanna was on her mission and could not have been at the bishop's house. On the second date, his then girlfriend/now wife was no longer living at the bishop's house.

Next item was the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬. In the affidavit McGee claimed that Travis admitted the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 was his. Yet, this is directly contradicted in the notes of a psychologist who works for the witness, Dr. Geffner. McGee told this other psychologist that Travis had DENIED that the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 was his.

BUT McGee gave detailed descriptions of the sexual acts shown in the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 images. So Juan asked if that meant McGee was viewing child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on the bishop's computer. And of course, the answer by Dr. Geffner was "yes".

That was about it for today.

Oh! Thank you, Katherine!
After my post I thought maybe I was just being a goose.

The pop-ups happened again, just a few moments ago when I signed in.

yesterday and today I had to ctl/alt to back out of WS.
Aggravating!
My security log has the details If WS tech support should need it.

Normally I wait until the end of court day to read tweets here in sidebar.
Since my favorite super prosecutor is up first thing, I'm getting up early.
I want to watch it Live and in living tweet!
G'night and G'mornin' East Coasties!

I don't think Marc McGee's Facebook page still exists, at least not this Marc McGee. There are several others. I've been doing my sleuthing on Facebook this evening.

I looked for it last year when I first read a post (photocopy) on J4T where he had threatened JM ~ couldn't find it anywhere. I'm sure he deactivated it. He probably has a new one with a phony name though, now that he's a SECRET agent < I mean WAS

Because of his own stupidity, he outed HIMSELF after JA's trial last year.
