THAT is scary. The look on Travis's face actually makes sense when you put the 2 together. It's always bothered me why he'd be sitting in a shower. Nobody does that!

After watching the whole trial and reading as much as I can, I still do not understand why the defense is allowed to say things about a victim without any evidence that these things actually happened. I am so angry that the system allows the victim of a crime to be victimized again during a trial. I have seen this happen so many times. Why aren't the rules of evidence the same for both prosecution and defense. My family was involved in a very small case in which my son's character was bashed with no evidence. Very small case..so I cannot imagine what the Alexander's and others who have posted here are going through. Something has to change. Some people will always believe Travis was a pervert no matter what the source. Thanks for listening...just venting,

Ill be glad when something happens to prevent crime victims from being wrongly bashed and character assassination without proof is no longer allowed. It's just pure evil and so not right.

Yes, that's the timeframe I believe she had the gun/knife pointed at him and threatening him.

I'm still torn about what exactly was happening, I can see her reflection in one pic fairly clearly and I don't see any weapons, just the camera and her hand almost on the shower door.

In one (I don't recall the time stamp) it looks like the edge of something thin showing on one of the built-in shelves in the shower (the right side as we look at the pics) that I don't see in any of the other pictures. I have so many in the folder I'd have to search to find that one, but I'm just still not completely convinced of what happened before the last 3 pics were taken.

Weirder still is he seems to have stayed in nearly the same sitting position for a full minute.

I think she had the knife in the back waistband of her pants and the gun in a pocket. When Travis tried to rise from the sitting position, his arms would have been spread holding/pulling himself to a rising position, or both out in front pulling himself up. That would have been a prime time to plunge the knife into his chest. What a monster!

I find it reassuring that not only do so many of us have this case and others similar to it, in common, but our musical interests are so similar as well. It's just a good thing, imo. And, I want to also say that all of my fellow Websleuths here help to fill a void in my life, and that's also a good thing too. So thank you.

And, I was thinking if maybe we might have a music thread. Just an idea.
