1 quart of half and half
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 or more to taste tablespoons of instant coffee
1 vanilla bean split and scrape beans out, save the rind to float in the mixture
Kaluhau to taste
Whiskey to taste
Chocolate,Carmel or coconut milk optional to flavor

In pitcher mix half and half and condensed milk, add just enough hot water to melt instant coffee, add rest and shake well.
