I sometimes think that Lawrence really doesn't like missy:jail: and he is on JM's side. :facepalm:

I don't think Witness #1 (Marc McGee) thought that his affidavit would be tossed by witnesses for the Prosecution (Deanna and the Bishop). His trail on the internet continued to be embellished more and more, each time he repeated it.

LOL......to be honest, my anger didn't disappear until yesterday when Deanna trounced all over it! Go DR!!
 
Any bets on whether court is ready in @20 minutes? I suspect DT is not able to proceed...... for whatever reason this time.

BBM Not really, but in-depth talk of religion, politics is a no-no. No swearing (except maybe this $%&#$ :facepalm:), no name variations of the players in the trial are acceptable, no pics/Ytubes of children of any age, no bashing/ganging up on of posters if there opinion is different than yours (everyone is entitled to their opinion even if it stinks :facepalm:)- we respect everyone that posts here, we're glad to have everyone, but no creating discord just for the sake of your point, and no attacking posters- not tolerated here- we are "civilized" to a certain extend. :facepalm:

All-in-all, the rules here are WS's rules, that's why WS (and the Sidebar) is GREAT. :)

Slamming the victim gets me angry, it doesn't have anything to do with this trial. So, listening to the DT slander Travis gets to be real old, specially for days on end.
It gets to the point where "When will this garbage stop?"

Deanna had a point, JW was taking a response out of context. One question and answer from an affidavit with no prelude? Did Deanna know at the time of the murder? Did Deanna know the entire time she knew Travis?
Open question, "Would it surprise you that TA was having sex with others besides JA?"
Deanna said "I don't know".

Would she need to be surprised? Was it any of her business? Did she care or even want to know? Was that something TA and her never discussed? What does it matter what Deanna's reaction would be?
Travis having sex with JA is the issue, and was Deanna aware of it. JA murdered him, not any other woman he or may not have had sex with.
