I'm reading BK's concise notes on her site. KN saying Geffner will not be available to testify until 2/25 and 26. Fonseca will not be ready until 18 and 19 of Feb. will take two days each. Judge unhappy. She wants trial to end.

I am disappointed with prosecutions case during sentencing. Centered on rebuttal of porn instead of all that Jodi has done. Now prosecutor is saying that he is done after Dworkin testifies tomorrow. This was all a joke, IMO. I will not spend my next two weeks listening to Fonseca and Geffner lie.
