Yes she did. Thank you for asking. She had a hairline fracture in her hip, but has such a low pain tolerance, you would have thought she had fractured every bone in her body. Oh the drama. If the medivac helicopter hadn't been there to take her as a Trauma Code, I would have told her to get up lol.

The verdict came in as I was sitting in her room and as I walked out the ER doors, a loud clap of thunder startled me. It was the only sound of thunder and then it started to rain. I thought of it as the Angels clapping and sorrow/tears. Very metaphorical, but I knew what the verdict was before reading it on my phone.

Allen Charge is ONLY given when the jurors are at an impasse. Therefore, they were stuck and JSS gave.
Wish it wasn't so, but it is.
5 and 6..were questions 5 and 6 for the Judge. 1-4 were asked previously. We heard those 4 q/a.
We did not hear q 5 and 6 though..fwiw

Zuri can you please tell me more about the ablation? I am supposed to get a radio frequency ablation in a nerve in my neck. I am scared! Thank you.

Basically, through a spinal needle, under X-ray for guidance, electrical current causing heat burns the he!! out of the nerves that are causing the pain. They numb you up first though, but I can feel the heat because they have to go so deep. You shouldn't have that issue with your neck. They usually give you Valium prior to the procedure. I don't get it as I have lived with pain for so long and have a pretty high pain threshold. I just go with it, knowing the pain is temporary. They have to do one side at a time on SI joints, so I go back in 2 weeks and have the other side done.

It can give you relief for 6-12 months. I am not that lucky, but it does take the edge off. You have to realize my lower back and SI joints are horrific, so the positive outcome is less for me, but should be good for you since it is your cervical spine. Good luck!

LOL..As the mother of 3 daughters, I know all about the drama.
I remember when one of them had a "scratch" on her leg when she was :thinking: 4-5-6? She screamed and cried for a good half and hour...That same night as soon as she got into the tub for her bath, the screaming started all over again...cause the water hitting her "scratch" just hurt so bad dontcha know! :gaah: Girls!!! That's just a small sample of her low tolerance of pain. It's not much better now that's grown!
