That's the part that bothers me the most.

And WTH do they now need 30 more damn days anyway ? Why can't JSS just read the damn sentence she plans to give. She's had PLENTY of time to think about it.

What a horribly sad, sad day! I have to wonder if there were jurors here that do not believe in the death penalty; and would have never voted for the death penalty.

I feel so much for the Alexander family. She not only killed Travis, but she destroyed him in her courthouse antics and words that can never be removed. I still can't believe some of the things that this judge allowed her to say. So very, very sad. :cry:

Now, I really wish - honestly wish - that EVERYONE would ignore Jody. Do NOT give her ANY more attention. Let her truly suffer now as just a girl locked away for the rest of her miserable life. That will never happen, but I could wish. I can and do wish.

I wish I could hug Travis's family. :cry:

Devastating the other jurors tried so hard. They worked and took it seriously. Fighting it out one more day to try to get a consensus. My heart is breaking for the Alexanders.

I have the feeling this judge was ready to sentence her, but the murderer wasn't ready so this judge is giving her until April whatever! What difference does it make anymore. There is no justice for victims in this country! It's all about the criminals rights, the criminals have all the protection! So now Travis' family has to wait until the murderer decides she's ready to be sentence!

As stated up thread this trial never had any momentum, starts stops delays over and over. Defense did its job delay & delay some more. Even now with the sentencing. Sheriff Joe should not let JA talk to the media. Jmo

If I were a citizen of Arizona, I would be rioting in the streets. Not only did they have to pay for two years of trials for her, they will have to pay for her for the rest of her pathetic, useless life. Ugh!!! I have to just walk away. It makes me feel violent.

Travis' poor sisters wailing......Oh my gosh....my heart just absolutely broke for them.....what a horrible day for them!!!
