They really made that movie good for the technology they had back then.

Hi, Buffy seems to be doing a bit better. I made a Cornish hen for him , ground up the meat and
he is eating little bits at a time. still passing very soft stool. I did not leave the house today. I stay right with him.
My poor baby!! he's lost weight. probably better for his little heart. He is such a sweet little guy~~

Happy Easter everyone! I had a relaxed day with my parents. Still going through a rough patch with my siblings and haven't been allowed to see my nieces, but the afternoon with my mom and dad was great. My mom sent me home with a bunch of leftovers so I should be good to go for the week.

This song breaks my heart. Nicole Sponberg was in her brothers band, Selah. He and his wife had a baby girl that died shortly after birth. and seven weeks later Nicole's son was found in crib. He died of SIDs. He was ten weeks old.

In the past year or so, I have seen very large moon on a couple occasions. Is it just me or does it seem like the moon has gotten much closer to the earth ?

I know it moves back out and only gets real close like that at certain times of the year but even so I never have ever noticed it as large as I have the past couple years.
It could be that I just never noticed it before.

Thanks for the proper terms and explanation. It amazes me that I had never noticed how the moon could do that until just a couple years ago was the first time I actually witnessed the moon when it was really close to the earth. It really freaked me out on that particular day when I saw it. It was right before dark and it was over the horizon and it was extremely large like that picture. For a brief minute, I thought the world maybe coming to an end. LOL

It kind of got me thinking how the sun is the perfect distance from the earth to keep us all warm and keep the plants and trees growing just right. If some force of nature ever knocks the earth closer to the sun, we would all burn up and if we ever get too far away, then we would not be able to grow food and keep animals alive if it got really cold.

Its one of those things that helps me realize there is a higher power watching over all of us to keep us all safe and keep that Sun in just the right place.

Hope everyone had a beautiful Easter Sunday with family/friends My oldest son had the feast at his home. The little ones enjoyed a fun egg hunt then we older ones played board games. A nice day!

Calling for more, more, more rain this week. The changes in weather are messing with my asthma/COPD! Not feeling so great. Had tto wear a mask outside yesterday and took breathing treatments yesterday afternoon and before bed Oh well, it is what it is...

A 2 year old does not know boundaries yet and can be distracted by anything. Even as he/she is learning them, they are too young to remember all of them, IMO.
I'm not going to critisize the parents as just one turn of a parent's head away from a child for even a second can cause a tragedy in a child so young.

May he RIP :candle: and may the parents find whatever consolation they can in this sad case.
