So, speaking of birthdays, I am an April baby too. Turning 70 this month and yeah, it's just a number.

I'm an April baby too- hoping that my day (Friday) will be an unusually warm day in the area of the Perryville prison! And that Angela Simpson takes an instant dislike to the newest Perryville resident.

O/T for those of your following the Angelica Hadsell (VA) missing person case, the body found at an abandoned house yesterday has been confirmed to be Angelica.
This is so sad and heart breaking.

I spent an hour in an MRI machine today... :scared: I thought it would take something like 20 minutes, but I was in there for an hour!! :gaah:

Is that where there is a "boom, boom" noise and they give you headphones with your choice of music?

I had either a CAT scan or a MRI once- can't remember which with the booming noise. :facepalm:

Hope you get some "good" news when you go back to the MD and you don't need surgery.

I had a MRI once on my head and it was LOUD. Booming sounds. It gave me a headache.

Curious! Your pain pills make you itch? Not good. Call your doctor, let him know about the itching and see if you can gets different medication please! See if he would recommend Benadryl for the itching. I am concerned you may be allergic to the pain med or the fillers contained therein. Anaphylaxis can occur which would not be good. Please take good care. Ice is your friend and put a pillow under your knees (Williams position) when you lay down. Hopefully the ice can cause the nerves to calm down.

He murdered a man on a motorcycle - chasing him down then accelerating, hitting him from behind, and left the scene never stopping or looking back with his new pregnant wife Shelia in the car.

The other Ann Rule book Dead by Sunset about Brad Cunningham another psychopath is really good.

All kinds of weird sounds, yes. They gave me earplugs and some kind of outer ear protection. I'd been without insurance for decades and found the technology impressive though. The best thing was that it didn't cost anything out of pocket! I felt like a :goldcrown: walking out of there without paying anything. I might get a small bill later, but I sort of doubt it since they didn't do that for my Xrays.

I'm going to need something. Scoliosis, osteoporosis, sciatica, ancient herniated disk, fractured vertebrae...you name it, it's there. I'm just happy to finally be able to do something about it.
