So glad today has finally arrived; very happy to be here with The Best Peeps on Earth, and relieved to know to know the Sidebar will keep humming along...I would miss y'all terribly! (And still haven't decided what case to follow next.)

I read it on the commuter from WLKY online...it said..."MURDER ARIAS TO BE SENTENCED TODAY". Just thought it was funny cause they don't say Jodi. I liked it!

I still don't quite believe that we are going to actually get to WATCH the sentencing. My brain is still programmed to "tweet mode"!

Out of curiosity, I searched sentences JSS has handed down. This is one she did just 6 days ago. Pretty harsh, 35 years in prison and lifetime probation for this teacher who had a relationship with a 14 year old student.

According to Paul Sanders- the schedule for court today:

JODI ARIAS TRIAL COURTHOUSE TIPS PHOENIX, AZ 4.13.15

"8:00 AM – Courthouse doors open
8:30 AM – Sentencing proceedings
10:00 AM – 10 Minute Recess
12:00 PM – 90 Minute Lunch Recess
1:30 PM – Resume sentencing proceedings
4:30 PM – Court closed
5:00 PM – Balloons for Travis Tribute"
