But it wasn't up to JW. The first jury voted for M1 with cruelty.

And between the two sentencing phases 19 jurors voted for the death penalty.

So JW is flat out wrong. Surprise......surprise.

I noticed it when I was watching HLN when she was speaking.

No. But she does look like this trial has taken a toll on her. Frankly, she has looked like crap for this entire second trial.
