So after deliberating the whole day, the general consensus is that it was a juror question about verdict protocol, and not a true deadlock? JSS made a mistake or assumed the jury was saying they were deadlocked, or they asked for some clarification?

I'm confuzzled. :facepalm:

Ok, here's my question. Earlier, I read that question and it was in quotes, like the reporters were given the text of that question. But now I can't find it anywhere, in any story.

So, was that the question or not? Because I don't see this possibility of there being another explanation for what they asked being discussed anywhere but here.

That's why I'M confuzzled.

So Katie Wick is going to educate Dr Drew and HLN that the note to the judge this morning didn't indicate a deadlock, but was actually just an enquiry on how to fill out the forms .. that'll be fun to watch.

Please help me out I missed it today. There was an issue as far as what is life. And Wilmont said it is life forever and the prosecutor said she can be out on parole . what final words were sent back to the jury as to an explanation?

was it made clear to the jury that if they came back with life or disagreement it would go to the judge and she could possibly get 20 years? and then it would take up to 60 days and it would not be their decision to make?

I can help you! I was sitting here and all the sudden channel 5 came on stream again and replayed the part we missed. They showed a monitor at it appeared the prosecution table playing the judge explaining to the jury that part of an instruction was left out. Anyway, it was them filming a monitor, but I grabbed my old digital camera sitting by me and recorded my laptop (with a filter on screen) so the video quality sucks, but the audio tells the story!

I know all about rotaries, lived in MA. They are everywhere!
Your first sentence made me laugh "Do y'all have rotaries?" I was like... oh yeah, rotaries, must be from New England, but "yall" maybe from the South. Or maybe has gone around one too many rotaries. lol

Crazy that you got ticketed for that... people don't know how to navigate rotaries.. tourists are the worst, you get those people who NEVER make a move and then you have those who don't realize if they don't know where to get off, you can just GO AROUND AGAIN!! OMG so frustrating.

I love WS....the education is awesome! Rotaries? Never heard of 'em,lol...when I first starting reading I thought did she mean "rosaries" lol.

I got involved because I knew them and it escalated with all his drama....everyone in GP was shocked....he was vile before the killing but tolerated because of Jane

Eric Church opened for Kenny Chesney a couple of weeks ago at Cowboy statdium. My youngest son was there and said he was incredible. Had tickets on the second row on the floor. They loved him. Didn't even stay for Kenny. lol

Never did the "Mary Poppins" :floorlaugh: , but I did convince my friend that we should play "Batman" and rappel down his chimney. :floorlaugh:

We ended up buying a good rope from the hardware store and rigged up our own 3-point harness around our waists. Then we attached 2 ropes around the chimney, and used some old T-shirts stuffed at the corners so the chimney would not cut through the rope from our weight. Then as we slowly worked our way to the outside of the chimney, we both were doing great until the 3-point harness gave us the worst "wedgie" we have ever expereinced. We rapelled down super fast like pros. Not because we wanted to, but because the wedgies were killing us. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:
