This was taken last night around 8pm. These storms have been rolling through each evening for the last 4 days! It was 3 miles from my house and a friend posted it on FB and said I could use it.

The new news a this point is CPS met at Loli-Pop's home this morning. They will be getting Lily until little mama goes through parenting classes (this is the first step for her getting custody back) and she can't be alone with her baby girl unsupervised. Loli's sister got laid off from Halliburton a few months ago, and she is going to Loli's and keep Lily there during the day.

Loli finally got talked with my sister,( her mother), this morning after CPS left. She said that new daddy's mother said, again in front of LE and others, that little mama needs to tell LE how hard she beats that baby on the back to burp her. Loli said b**** you better watch what you say about my daughter, and LE took Loli in a room to talk with her, and new daddy's mother went to the door and kept pounding on it. So she's trying to throw little mama under that bus. All of our family has shut our facebooks down, but new daddy is blowing his it up. My great nephews are taking pictures of them to save.

New daddy is facing injury to a child, and reckless endangerment. The doctors said that one tear was too far down Lily's throat to have happened like new daddy said, but I'm not sure if any was caused when she was at the ER and they tried to incubate her.

My sister and I will meet with CPS tomorrow. We hope our Little Lily will be home soon.

Still praying about this situation. Glad the baby is going to Loli's.

I agree. I wonder why LE and CPS seem not to be looking at new daddy's mother? From the sounds of it, distance is key. I am with you on the self restraint or lack thereof lol. I become a beast when someone hurts my child's feelings, and I am sure there is a monster in here somewhere!

The thing is new daddy admitted to hurting her, no one can get pasted that. The detective asked Loli-Pop if his mother was overly protective of him, and they said yes. So new daddy's mother is trying to blame the cracked ribs on little mama. Her son was only helping to clear her throat and "accidentally" hurt her.

Not me! We've been in an intense one in Ashland Oregon that shook the whole building and started lightening fires, and DD's flight home Sat.night was delayed 4 hours due to storms. They had to wait for a hole in the clouds to fly out, and there were tornado warnings!!! I tracked the flight the whole way home.

I've been busy over at the McStay thread. I did a timeline with all the stuff gathered into one post. cguru: It was all here and there and I decided I wanted everything on one sheet! :lol:

I was following McStay before they found them, and then jumped back in after LE found the graves.
Your timeline is great!
Have to add, I think CM was digging the graves sometime after the 4th but before the 6th, because........No RAIN.
The only tire tracks left were made after the rain.

I had my idea posted months ago about the vehicle being backed up to one of the graves, driving back out on the wash, and then reversing back to the other grave right after the crime scene was found. It's all about not getting stuck. Was it the same vehicle? The width of the tracks could be effected by something as simple as the desert soil starting to dry up. I've gotten stuck in "grease" (the slick desert mud) and given 30 minutes, it had dried out enough where I could drive out of it.

I hope there is decent coverage of the trial. Lots of mysteries.

I'm officially losing my (tenuous) grasp of reality. I'm starting to conflate Page's "new daddy" and Dmacky's DD's "Dick; along with Dmacky's DD and Page's little mamma."

Bottom line is that both of the guys here are --- well, the jury's still out But it does seem that both have a lot in common. Maybe just red flags all over the place.
