Oh I feel so much better thanks to juror 17! I can't wait for her other juror friends to speak out.

I can see now that LWOP would be just as bad as the death penalty. Whatever JM does is fine by me.

I think I'll practice my dance a bit (haven't since that hung jury verdict) because Justice, although delayed IS coming! Yay! Wish we had basildance (I mean cat!) to join me! :dance::skip::juanettes:

LWOP will be very bad for Ms NefARIAS. She will never have ANYTHING to look forward to. And she doesn't get the automatic appeals which come with DP.

After hearing from alt juror 17, I'm certain that my thought regarding "ponytail" was correct. Just after the verdict, I posted that I though he was one of the 4 hold outs. But, after hearing from the foreman, I decided he was just too pizzed to ride the bus with some of the other jurors. I would have found it hard to spend one more second with Mr know-it-all too! Seriously, ponytail seemed really angry to me.

Um, I didn't say that. I said I heard there was a juror outside while Juan was interacting with the crowd and signing autographs watching HIM. The juror was actually just outside on break sitting. I don't know where you got anything different.

Didn't this foreman say that Juan was known as aggressive? How the heck would he know coming right out of jury duty and going almost straight into an interview. There's too many things coming out of his mouth that smells fishy.

This guy seemed fine with M1 and extreme cruelty phases but something happened to him the last week of the trial- something is very wrong.

he lives in phoenix so i'm sure he's followed other cases JM prosecuted, is my guess.

i just think it's inappropriate for him to say what he did about JM. sounded like he had a beef with him going into the trial. already didn't like his style. that's how i took it.

The foreman seems to have not been at the same trial that we have all been watching. And you wouldn't think he would find some sadness for Travis - after all he lost his life because of JA? And JA is still alive and manipulating people, I think I am safe to say most people agree with that.

If he was so-called "done" with her; and knew she was dangerous, why didn't he ask anyone to be looking out for his well-being? I mean I know he told some people (Bishop included), but that day was a disaster waiting to happen. Of course moo :seeya:

BBM, I disagree Elle, Travis lead a normal life as would any 30 year old, he did not hide JA, he kept his sexual life private as we all do. The vixen lured him into her world and could not let go. She made herself available with booty calls, with the hopes of changing his mind and he would ultimately marry her, she hit bottom and couldn't deal with the rejection. Unfortunately, their private sexual fantasies were twisted into sordid affairs, this does not constitute a double life, moo.

I'd love to see one of the news shows like Dateline do a piece on the trial. Then invite the jury to come talk. But leave out Mr. foreman. He's already said enough.

well it turns out that he broke an agreement not to do interviews and when he said all those things about "his jurors" aren't true and not how they felt at all

Since someone just told juror 17 about the psycho movie connection I do wonder whether Travis posing like that was intentional. The poses look way too similar too be just a coincidence. God knows!

I would think Dr Drew has e mail for those of us that dn't tweet. Perhaps time to email him re: interview tactics??? I really think this juror needs a 1 on 1 sit down . Then the next hour as umm NG would say "unleash the lawyers" and body language specialists, and radio hosts, and other nonimportant folks...JMO

There is a little bit of confusion.

We have juror 17 who was called ponytail.

We have another juror, a thin man with a ponytail. I'm not sure what #. He did look distraught as he was leaving court that day.
