deedee21, were you asking for the Darryl Brewer interview? Here is the interview.

Donovan and Ann are felons on probation and cannot have any contact with Jodi whatsoever since she has been convicted. I also "heard" that Ann and Donovan are no longer an item........"don't sha know." My favorite JM saying. lol

Whether her sentence is LWOP or DP she would be exactly where she is now. So I guess she should just get use to it. Even on LWOP they start out in solitary for a couple of years depending on how they behave. If she is throwing a fit it will get her nowhere except a notation on her record. Imagine going from the center of attention to nothing.

BBM: That warms my heart :fence:

In this video DB is saying nice things about jodi. He looked like he wanted to cringe a couple of times. He was doing this interview under jodis instruction Im sure. He stayed off the stand so JM could not question him. Anyway, Bada
Bing stated DB now is calling jodi a liar and evil. I was wondering if there was a video or article he could reference.

but that was just him saying all this, i am not getting the same story from the other jurors who have started to talk, in fact the are all coming out to talk because the forman broke the agreement not to do interviews until after the long weekend, and they are all saying they are coming out to set the record straight, and some of them are saying the are very upset w/ what he said on social media

That's not what my comment referred to. I was commenting on the foreman saying that they all agreed that they would not try to change any of the minds of the jurors that were voting opposite of what they voted. That is throwing in the towel on actually deliberating since it was their job to at least TRY to come to a unanimous decision. As I saod, it isn't known whose idea this was, but it doesn't matter because they all agreed to it. I don't know anything about any agreement that none of them would do any interviews until after the long weekend, and the foreman said nothing about this in his interviews.

I have no idea what other jurors are saying in social media as I have only listened to what they have said in the interviews that a few of them did, and in none of those interviews did they say anything about the foreman at all nor any agreements between them.

What you're saying here is news to me and isn't about what I was commenting on anyway.

I don't blame them. Then why was Angela wearing a "Survivor" shirt?

Is Angela announcing to the world that she is a victim of DV? Why else would she have that t-shirt on? I have to say one thing although I have never been a DV victim I think the last thing I would want to advertise is that I was vulnerable to someone who was looking to victimize me again. That's just me but I would want to heal from it not be constantly reminded of my abuser and what I've been through. If Jodi were truly abused she would automatically know that.

They are done with her. Didn't even speak for her in the penalty phase....they are just done.

There is nothing her parents could have said in the penalty phase that would have benefited her. If they were on the stand, Juan would have come right back with the LE interview tapes to start with, and probably a lot more.

MOO

They weren't in the sentencing phase, however, and it is my understanding the new jury will get "cliff notes" version of the actual trial, which I interpreted to be transcripts. My question actually is can either side call witnesses during that phase that they didn't the first time? If so, it doesn't seem appropriate.

I found the answer to this question in the Legal Questions and Answer thread:

From what AzLawyer says above, it looks like they can shift gears, also expect *chills* when you read the first one, as Nurmi and Wilmott can argue against using pre-recorded testimony .. which we just know they will .. looks like a mini trial, I guess that's fair, the new impartial jury would need to understand all the circumstances. Ugh.

Whats the CA zephyr?
Sounds exciting!

Aamtrak "train route" starts in Chicago ends San Francisco. Well across the bay, they bus you over... The train goes though Rocky Mountains, and is a pretty ride as well. I've gone to glenwood springs several times for nice spa weekends with friends. Definitely beats the ridiculous ski traffic! :seeya:
