I didn't think it was DB's male part. I thought it was random, that Jodi put on Travis' text to her, then deleted it from his phone.
But I sure as heck don't think that Travis knowingly sent her that pic.
This broad is so cunning! imo

I don't believe anything was found on his phone, or hers. That picture was the only thing they were able to retrieve from her damaged hard drive. I believe Jodi claims she transferred it to her hard drive. There is no proof it ever came from Travis or was Travis.

Someone said there is a party going on here! I'm ready to go, and brought my own drink! I'll do mine in reverse!

The Jodster doesn't seem to be able to think too far ahead. But does she even know about the juror interviews, do you think? Does her Best Friend, Donavan, keep her informed?

Oh, yeah...I think they get to watch tv where she is. She's probably seen some of them and is so jealous!

Mitigation specialist, Maria De La Rosa, for Jodi Arias

Maria DeLaRosa, Jodi Aria's mitigation specialist - "the court has ordered De La Rosa to be paid for 100 hours for work done during the guilt phase of the trial alone"

Wow
Where can I get a job like that?

It takes some big ovaries to charge the State of Arizona for 100 hours of time to say "we don't have any mitigators"

We don't know yet....depends on how long it takes to get new jurors picked etc.

Also the possibility that it may not be televised.

Yes aa9511, but there is the other addition of Jodi using the guys up until there is nothing left. With Bobby she moved in with him in the "hovel" to get away from her parents. There was really very little for Bobby to offer her other than a place to live. Once Jodi found a better place she moved on. With Matt she lived with him as well if I am not mistaken. Matt didn't have a lot of money or anything either. Matt was a simple person like Jodi, working jobs that didn't pay a lot. Then along came Daryl. Daryl the manager at the new place Jodi was working, that was 20 plus older than she was, with established credit. Jodi and Daryl bought a house "together", if one believes Jodi. But once Daryl's money was drying up and he had either lowered himself down in the workplace or was demoted by the owners and the house was going into foreclosure, Jodi was looking for the next step up. Along comes Travis. Travis with the nice house, nice car, nice clothes, great job. Only one problem with Travis, he wouldn't let her control him and use him up completely as she was able to do in the past with other people. Ryan, no disrespect to him, was not a step up at that time from Travis. Ryan was simply an alibi, nothing more. Ryan had even less to offer Jodi than what she was getting from Travis. Ryan still lived at home, although it was an apartment attached to his parents home. No, Jodi is one of those that moves upward, not sideways or backwards.

But yes, Jodi always had the next one lined up before getting rid of the one she was with. I also don't really think that the other guys caught onto what Jodi was truly like or if they did they were scared to death of what she was capable of. There's no good reason for Matt and Daryl to have stood by Jodi after her behavior of them if they truly knew what she was like. Both have behaved as if they lost the great love of their life when Jodi broke up with them. Both have done whatever they could to protect Jodi and help Jodi after she broke up with them. There has to be a reason for it but I doubt we will ever know the complete honest truth as to what it is.

MOO

So in addition to being a psychopath, she is a sort of cultural throwback, defining herself by her attachments to men and what they can offer her. That's a lethal combination (obviously).

The social media and Photoshop narcissism didn't help.

Wonder how many times she scratched out "Good at Tweeting".

She doesn't get much of an opportunity to watch TV now. She's on lock down for 23 hours a day. We'll see how long that lasts. :seeya:

I love how Jean Casarez mentioned more than once that the juror who looked like Jodi's mom was the one during the guilt phase who was looking defiant and determined and then during the death penalty phase that that same juror was acting like that again. I watched the interview with her and she voted for death. So much for JC's opinion.

Or report the reality regardless of who wants to believe it.

Not on a TO ;) Nurse has shared this herself here so think it's okay for me to say she had some flooding in her house so that's taking up a lot of her time. Fortunately she wasn't washed away.

but juror 17 said it was a court staff person who reported it to the judge after they overheard the comment, she also said when the were questioned by the judge that it was very general, she didn't even know it was about juan until after the trial and she could start reading

So watched a few episodes of "Deadly Women" this afternoon and I would like to know when Jodi will have a segment. And the foreman of the past jury should start watching the show, he would be amazed I guess.

What's Tex cooking for supper today?

Poor court reporter Mike. Having that pic displayed right there above his head. It would not surprise me if Mike has PTSD now from having to listen to and type all of that carp that was said and done in court.

I find that picture funny...the small smiles on the faces of court reporter Mike and Mr. Forensic Computer Guy. Gosh, how embarrassingly funny IMO.
