If they gave her a rope she'd probably just make Macrame .. perhaps she'd weave herself a flattering top?

But would the implants fit in there?

P.S. the way you worded that made me lol inside.

Is Angela announcing to the world that she is a victim of DV? Why else would she have that t-shirt on? I have to say one thing although I have never been a DV victim I think the last thing I would want to advertise is that I was vulnerable to someone who was looking to victimize me again. That's just me but I would want to heal from it not be constantly reminded of my abuser and what I've been through. If Jodi were truly abused she would automatically know that.

BBM~ imo, if Jodi were truly abused, she wouldn't of drove 1029 Miles to see her abuser.

Victims of DV do not record sex tapes, then make an effort to get to them.

I just did. She better hope delusion can keep her immune to the situation, because there is a most excellent hell waiting for her there.

The guy who did the videos was right- her lawyers did her no favor by failing to prepare her. I agree with him- she may not survive a year. No wonder it's called "the Hole."

Monica Lindstrom said on HLN that Perryville was much cushier than Estrella as they have AC and cable.
Even if she tried to kill herself, doesn't she have a suicide check every 15 minutes? It's going to be hard to kill herself in there and there won't be anyone to shank her. This will go on for 2-5 years in Perryville.
If she gets to gen pop she will have to adapt. BTK adjusted (said he would be having gay sex in the big house.), Richard Speck adjusted (got 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 and had a BF), vander Sloot and Scott Peterson (has several boyfriends) have all adapted nicely. It's the sociopath in them.

After DB left the stand the first time he may have realized that people knew it was him and not appearing made him appear as if he were hiding. And it did. So much speculation guess he just decided to go public.

He gives me an uncomfortable vibe either way.

It was said, DB was protecting his son......awe, come on! His son is like 14-15, and his friend's parents aren't going to put 2 and 2 together?

Seriously, the way DB talked about CMja both in the court and outside the court gave me MAJOR creep vibes. I wouldn't want any of the young ladies I know date him, JMO but something ain't right about that dude! :puke:

Omg....did anybody else grow up in a house full of macrame owls...with weird(scary) glass eyes...
or was that just my childhood?:scared:

There is nothing her parents could have said in the penalty phase that would have benefited her. If they were on the stand, Juan would have come right back with the LE interview tapes to start with, and probably a lot more.

MOO

ITA~ Putting mom on the stand would have meant Juan going into his back pocket and pulling the Flores interros.

I had a thought, I wonder if Travis called Jodi's mom and asked her to come get her? Then Jodi threw her tantrum? Then Jodi returns to Yreka on Jun6th like nothing happens, finds out about Travis' death, and questions Jodi?

As they say, mom always knows best. Maybe mom knew something was askew and her gut instinct telling her Jodi was involved with Travis' death?

OT...was just watching the situation on the Brooklyn Bridge..abandoned SUV with no plates or VIN.

Can't imagine what goes through the heads of these bomb squad guys...how brave!

Then comes the bomb sniffing dog...looked like an Irish Setter who just wanted to play. Tail wagging away and trying to jump on the handler.

Dog gave the all clear, so news is saying prolly a stolen vehicle that was abandoned.

Phew...thank goodness.

I found the answer to this question in the Legal Questions and Answer thread:

From what AzLawyer says above, it looks like they can shift gears, also expect *chills* when you read the first one, as Nurmi and Wilmott can argue against using pre-recorded testimony .. which we just know they will .. looks like a mini trial, I guess that's fair, the new impartial jury would need to understand all the circumstances. Ugh.
Thanks! It does explain how the second jury could understand how the first jury reached their verdicts, however, it could drag on and on.
