:seeya: I see some posts regarding depression, I just thought I would post this information b/c gluten sensitivity and/or celiac disease has over 300 symptoms, one of those symptoms is depression.

1 in 7 people have a gluten intolerance, 1 in 133 have celiac disease.

Yes, it is awful. I know several people with celiac disease, and doesn't seem fun.

We can thank Monsanto and other chemical-modifying engineering firms. imo, autism is a newer disorder whose roots are from these firms as well.

Aww I wish I could afford the only organic or grass fed meats. Maybe when I fiiiiinally get out of school. Sometimes I am able to..like at Costco. I don't like all the strictness of no legumes on paleo...really, beans were from a different period lol? I likes me hummus sometimes.

Hi Lisa! Great question and I, for one am so very glad that you brought this up as it is an issue that several times I intended to post about, but always got sidetracked and never got around to bringing it back up..So, again thanks for bringing this issue up..

I realize that many, or even most may find this issue completely irrelevant and therefore meaningless to even analyze or discuss, but I must say that I, too was immediately struck upon hearing this specific portion of the convo on the now infamous phonesex recording..it stood out to me immediately upon hearing it and after having downloaded the actual full audio of the call it struck me every time thereafter I heard this specific part of their conversation..

Maybe it is meaningless and maybe it is irrelevant, but for me personally I do believe it *may* in fact be another strong indicator that with regard to especially the sexual relationship between the two may not at all be what Jodi has rewritten the history to make it to appear to be..

Yes, without doubt there was a full sexual relationship between these two consenting adults..and yes, IMO without doubt that sexual relationship was ongoing to some degree rather than only a once or twice event...but.....here's where I do very very much believe fact was meshed with fiction as written and told by the only surviving individual alive and able to tell the facts of the relationship.. I have zero doubt that due to this Jodi has meshed fact with fiction to come to the sexual relationship as told to us today..versus just giving strictly the facts of the relationship as they truly occurred..why, some may ask...what would be her reason or motive for lying and/or greatly embellishing what were the actual facts of that relationship?.. And my simple reply would be that first and foremost why she did such is simply because she is such an *ornate pathological liar*..IMO that fact established by Juan during this trial could not be more accurate of Jodi Arias and her ornate pathological lies that she can literally come up with on the fly, with literally no effort whatsoever Jodi's ornate lies effortlessly roll off her tongue with such ease that many would never even pick up on any of the typical type signals one sees when a person is lying and deceiving.. Jodi's heart rate does not quicken as would most when they are put on the spot, so to speak, and attempting to lie their way out a corner that they have found themselves backed into with their being confronted with the truth.. Jodi doesn't miss a beat and those tell-tale, dead give aways seen in most liars when backed in that corner of truth..well, for Jodi that panic or fear does not exist..

Back to the specific ornate lies regarding the level or their sexual relationship..was it as Jodi has repeatedly told in that they were immediately engaging in sexual acts pretty much from near the very beginning of their having crossed paths in 2006.. Starting out with oral sex..quickly escalating to more oral sex..and then immediately leading into anal sex all relatively quickly during that short span of time in 2006..

While I fully believe that all of those various types of sex were absolutely engaged in by both Jodi and Travis..I will say however that I am almost dead set convinced that the quick escalation to anal sex that she claims occurred within weeks of the latter part of 2006 IS ABSOLUTELY 100+% BULL$HIT!.. I really, really do.. I absolutely believe that while Travis was every bit fully interested, fully desiring of Jodi, and absolutely very much attracted to her sexually.. I do believe that Travis was hesitant about consumating fully with actual intercourse ESPECIALLY WITH IT BEING SPECIFICALLY JODI ARIAS..and here's what I mean by that..

With Deanna Reid Travis, yes was engaging in sexual intercourse despite both of their strong Morman faith and beliefs, but IMO the difference is very, very great wrt his engaging in actual sexual intercourse with Jodi.. He loved Deanna deeply and they shared a very long term, serious, and monogamous relationship..even then it was years before the two began to actually have full sexual intercourse..

It is exactly why I believe that Travis was absolutely hesitating about jumping into actual full sexual intercourse with Jodi..IMO fine, no problem with being sexually intimate in other ways such as orally but, actual intercourse, either vaginal or anal, IMO is definitely an act that Travis Alexander DID NOT jump into quickly within literal weeks engaging in having anal sex with Jodi.. IMO that's bull$hit..its fiction that's been meshed with the facts of their sexual relationship and has been rewritten and given to us as "truth"...moo is its not true.. IMO Travis was not having anal sex with Jodi in those matter months of 2006 as Jodi claims.. IMO you damn well better believe Jodi was doing anything and everything she could to try and make that happen, as in anyway possible get Travis to actually have intercourse rather than just other sexual acts.. Moo is that for Jodi the fact that Travis would not easily and willingly have sex with her, vaginal or anal, was something that became an obsessive type challenge for her to have happen..IMO its this type of obsessive challenge that would literally begin to set the stage, so to speak, leading Jodi's becoming so obsessively fixed on Travis..and the desperate need to be able to conquer this seeming unattainable challenge that was before her..

IMO what was "real" to Travis in his faith and belief in not just engaging in the actual act of sexual intercourse with anyone/everyone he so desired(as many young, single bachelors do..sowing those wild oats while still young and single)..IMO Travis wasn't typical in that way and while no, by no means was he this virginal goody boy, what he was"real" as in he truly had a conviction within himself to not be a typical young bachelor who sowed his wild oats having sex with any/all desirable females that he came across.. And while not virginally chaste either, he was more so somewhere in the middle of that spectrum in not being freely open with engaging in actual sexual intercourse with just anyone.. I hope that makes sense, as it does in my head, but often times I fail miserably at accurately describing what makes sense in my mind to typing the words to relay those thoughts to you all..:blushing:

All of that is to say that I fully believe that while yes, Travis was engaging in sexual activity(ie.such as orally and otherwise, but not actual intercourse via anal or vaginal) with Jodi from likely quite early on in their meeting.. I strongly believe that actual sexual intercourse, be it anal or vaginal, was a long time coming and was not at all engaged in early on as Jodi claims it was..again IMO this is actually a critical issue that became of such a challenge and desperate need of conquest for Jodi in her convincing Travis into that actual sexual intercourse that she had therefor become so very obsessed with in achieving and getting from this man who for reasons she could not at all understand or comprehend was refraining from engaging in sexual intercourse with Jodi.. Jodi prior to Travis IMO had never even conceived the thought of there being young, handsome, successfully, charasmatic, heterosexual men that would for any reason turn down sexual intercourse with her.. And IMO its all the more what became aggressive fuel to Jodi's fire in becoming truly obsessed with having Travis..

In this phone sex call where the dialogue goes to this issue with Travis making mention of his being glad that they had chosen to have actual sexual intercourse and his saying that after that choice was made and the actual intercourse began that he then was like, "damn, this is so good I wish I'd not held out and waited so long to have actual sexual intercourse with her.. Damn, we could have been having this awesome sex all along.."<<<---- this in quotation marks is my giving a paraphrased example of what it is that Travis is speaking about in the phone sex recording.. I am not directly quoting Travis, but rather only giving a paraphrased example of what I believe him to be saying about their having decided at some point to have actual sexual intercourse, rather than just other non intercourse sexual activity such as oral, etc..

IMO I full well believe their actually engaging in sexual intercourse WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT early on..certainly WAS NOT in 2006 as Jodi has rewritten history and now claims, and IMO not only was actual sexual intercourse quite a long time coming before it happened between these two..but most importantly IMO I believe it is this exact type of issue of which Jodi had absolutely no understanding of, nor even knew existed prior to Travis(ie.that successfully, charasmatic, heterosexual men existed that for reasons of their faith would not immediately hop into bed and do the full intercourse deed with Jodi)..and there for this issue became something of a fuel to Jodi's fire feeding into and building the obsessive need that Jodi came to have with all things Travis..

Now from what The Foreman has said, here are the points that are contentious.

1. The Foreman stated that he did not take into account Travis's family's impact statements, that they didn't mean anything to him, but Jodi's allocution did.

2. When he first saw the defendant, he could not see her as a murderer, even though she had already admitted she killed Travis. Then he never shared this bias with the judge so he could be removed.

3. He said that they agreed to not change their votes and to not deliberate about the case. So what were they doing in the jury room all that time? Gossiping? What? Judge told them to WORK on it, yet it appears he had no intention of getting the jury to work on it.

4. The Foreman seems seriously of low-key intellect, as he now makes statements that show he did not understand the jury instructions at all. He thought that if he gave the judge a hung jury, that Jodi would automatically be given LIFE. He had no idea there would be a mistrial and a potential sentencing retrial. Everyone else seems to know about this, though.

5. After the trial, he states that he wants to "reach out to Jodi." Now there really is no fool like an old fool

I just came on so I hope I am not butting into the convo on depression. Where I live we have winter a minimum of 7 months a year. It can really get to you and what I found out (accidentally actually) is doing a body cleanse helps immensely. When you think of all the toxins that build up in your body ..it makes sense that it plays on your entire being both emotionally and physically. I was totally blown away at the difference in the way I felt after doing a cleanse and now I do one every six months.. Just throwing it out there in case someone wants to try it.

Jumping off my post. At least DD let her finish the story about his will, and how Travis wanted her to have anything that was important to him. I love that lady, and when I think about how Nurmi treated her on the stand it makes me :stormingmad:. She was so genuine, and so honest (how refreshing in this trial).

It's one of the reasons I will never say the DT "just did their job". If that's what being a good defense attorney is, I'm glad my kids are computer nerds...and musicians.

Yes I agree, children with autism who eat a gluten and casein free diet seem to do much better.

When I hear "body cleanse" I remember that funny episode from Curb Your Enthusiasm where Cheryl did a colon cleanse and got stuck in the car wash and had to find a bathroom, quick!!

In real life, I was raised by a Mormon man and he did coffee enemas which I thought was strange as he did would not drink coffee as it was against The Word of Wisdom, yet he would give himself coffee enemas.
