I feel the same way. Gino Vannelli, oh my gosh I had completely forgotten about him!

Music can so quickly take you back in time and you remember so much about what you were doing throughout your life.

In my first year of college, I was really getting into Jazz, I guess now you'd call it 'smooth jazz'. I listened to Bob James and Stanley Turrentine and Pat Methany and Ramsey Lewis and David Sanborn and Earl Klugh, among many others.

The only semi-famous connection I have, is that my boyfriend's sister was married to the keyboardist for Earl Klugh at the time.

I saw this performance while I was putting away laundry and I'm not kidding when I say I kept rewinding my DVR and playing it over like 30 times that night. Kept it on my list and would listen to it over and over. I love this combination of their voices and their connection singing together.
