Oh it gets better. "Ron Manta" aka Jose posted on May 9,2012:

"This guy worked for over 3 years and got paid nothing and won the case. His story is how they won the case, it is far more interesting than why some guy lost it."

I'm guessing he conviently forgot about that $200,000 from ABC for those pics of Caylee.

Well, I think after the lukewarm-at-best reception JB's book got, any thoughts, even an inkling, of an FCA book being published by ANY kind of publisher have flown the coop, I don't see an FCA book on the horizon unless completely self-published. I think even MORE people would jump on the negative bandwagon against an FCA book, posting more poor reviews and negative discussions in that Amazon forum. Look at the beating JB is taking on Amazon, 2.6 stars, can you imagine the onslaught if it was for a book written by the felon herself?

Wonder if JB's book was also used to "take the temperature" of the general public, one year later, to see if maybe some of the public outrage had died down, in case even BenBella was considering publishing an FCA book, them or another "boutique"-type publisher. I think NOT at this point, after seeing how JB's book bombed and all the negative reviews/ratings. I think an FCA book would cause even more outrage than JB's book did. and even if self-published, FCA would still have to sell it on Amazon as that is where it would get the most sales. Can you even IMAGINE what would go on on Amazon for an FCA book? Oh the Customer Images, I imagine at least 100 :floorlaugh:

I'm still waiting for the CA tome from her trial writings and I am sure she kept many journals in hope of a big publishing payday, I actually think she could get a reputable publisher to publish her book. I think it would do better than the JB book, I would have to see the tone of her book, what "spin" she would put on this whole thing, no way would she tell the truth IMO, so I wouldn't believe a word in it, but I think the general public would be more receptive of a CA book than the JB book, the grieving grandparents and all for the soft-hearted who don't know all of the trial discovery and cover-ups. Too bad I can't believe a word she says, as I would actually like an honest truthful book telling what FCA was really like as a child, with an honest description of CA's childhood, early marriage, GA's background, etc., what REALLY went on in that household, what it was REALLY like losing their granddaughter at the hands of their daughter, sitting through the trial, an honest book from CA would be very interesting, but, again, I expect nothing but half-truths and mis-truths and non-truths from everyone in that family, so I won't be buying it if she is selling it. Too bad they can't tell the truth. They have to keep the myth alive that FCA is a normal woman whose child died in an accidental drowning for FCA's sake, so they will NEVER tell what really happened, NEVER.

IMO, MOO, etc.

i really wouldnt want to buy a book by ca either..... i would like someday to hear her take on what casey said about george and all.. but i have no idea what she could say..either way .....
I dont believe george abused casey.. but if cindy says its not true..does she then piss of casey .. again lol

OK, I know we are not supposed to quote things from Twitter here or link to it. But, can we talk about something posted there as long as we do not quote it? Because...I read something there of interest. Not that I believe it, but considering who posted it, I found it of interest.

You all are talking about FCA and Cheetos. PLEASE tell me she does not like Cheetos, that it's not her favorite. I LOVE Cheetos!

you and me both LOL I shudder to think I've anything in common with her but on the flip side, she's got two eyes same as me too, I aint about to gouge one of mine out!

I know of a couple here in Ohio who were cousins. I always wanted to look it
up to see if its legal. The families disowned them. Maybe now I'll remember, you know I'm thinking of it!:seeya:

Ok.went back to the site. Many States allow it, including Fla.AK.Tenn.D of C, Geo. carp I forgot the rest LOL.

I just checked it out. It is not allowed in Ohio. I'm surprised they didnt move to another State! :what:

bbm I'd assume they were married in a state that does allow it, then moved to OH...I am pretty sure states that dont allow it dont particularly care if it's already done elsewhere, it just couldnt be done in those states... how would they even know really?

oh isnt he just crying in the closet every day about ashton? are you kidding me? he's really got some kind of problem.

from what I've heard about the things he says about ashton in his work of fiction, and oh, he's posting on the internets pretending he isnt himself about it too? he's got issues, man.

sorry, JB, I thought this was about the murder of a 2 year old baby girl, I didnt realise it was really all about who had the bigger [censored] between you and JA.

He has a book signing on Monday at Books and Books in Coral Gables.
I think I will email and ask how many books of his they have sold...
I wonder what happens if an 'author' shows up and no one comes...:waitasec:

That would be his worst nightmare! I'm sure he'd love to have some "haters" around to make him look good!

As I mentioned yesterday, he was supposed to discuss the book on Hannity last week. He was "postponed" and made an appearance with Pam Bondi this week. Aside from a few kudos, he never had the chance to discuss his book. He was just involved in a discussion of the Colorado shootings.

I'm not saying there definitely IS a virus on that site, I think I went there once a long time ago, but many people here were complaining once that the link someone had in their signature or was putting in their posts to that site caused them to get a virus when they went there. So that poster was asked to remove that particular obvious link to that website from their WS signature.

I was using the "reptile" analogy LOL so as not to directly say that particular former WS poster's moniker.

IMO, MOO, etc.

Loved your way of saying something without really saying it. LOL.
That same moniker comments frequently on Hal's blog. Definitely in the minority in their thinking.

You can always post it in the Social Media thread.

True. Baez DID get paid with the ABC money and iirc he was not working "pro bono" but received payment (does not matter to me how much or how little it was still a payment) from the Florida JAC

iirc it was DP attorney Andrea Lyon (no S) who pushed for OCA to be declared ndigent.
iirc Baez was not on board with this idea but acquiesced....
I have to wonder, if Baez did not want to declare OCA indigent then there must have been plans on table for obtaining more funds that perhaps the more experienced and reputable Lyon did not agree with or had another course of action she wanted to take with the case.

So is he saying he doesn't have a life? And all of his "supporters" (and/or imaginary friends)

Manta and Imaginanny
sitting in a tree
S-C-H-I-L-L-I-N-G

First comes a verdict
Then comes the pitchin'
Then comes a lawyer
...with 400+ pages of subpar fiction

That's it! Ima get me a jump rope! Very catchy.......

I guess the only way they could do it in a State that says no is to fib on the form. They could do it as long as their last names aren't the same. Of course if found out they wouldn't be legally married! it just got me thinking.:seeya:

yeah I guess they could lie, cause even back when they used to do blood tests at marriage licence, that isnt what they were looking for...my first marriage was in my home state (MI) which also doesnt allow it, and they actually made us swear that we werent blood related in any way .. I was kinda stunned at that cause I was kinda innocent I guess. not that I particularly care what consenting adults do together, especially if the, ah, family mix isnt constant like in some cultures I can think of, but in my state in particular I think they're trying hard to avoid drama...cause it's not just blood family you cant marry there but like step father, step mother, step siblings, anything where there was ever a connection that's probably going to cause crazy drama.

Ready for a late night giggle?

Jose started a discussion on Amazon on May 8, 2012 under the name Ron Manta. The title of his discussion thread?

Haters who don't have a life post here.

His first post on that thread?

He is just doing his job and this will be the only insider book about the case. All haters need to get a life.

I wonder how Casey feels about that? Does he realize that what he is saying is that no one else, including Casey, will be writing an "insider" book about the case?

OH good garsh. What is he 12?? HEY! Could someone pleeeeeeeeaaaase tell JB that he is NOT 12 and he is NOT on FB. Haters? REALLY?
I guess now he is gonna say *people drinking that haterade*:banghead:
