Hi , I believe you but someone did say it was PE.. I thought that sounded a bit dumb of the school to hold her back for PE..:seeya::

Waaaayyyy back in the day that I was going to school if you didn't dress out for PE you got an F for that day, I loved PE and was the second fastest runner in our class and loved jumping hurdles, wanted to go out for track and my mom said no. If my life had been different I may have been a PE teacher. Personally I think PE is a very important class in this day and age when kids just want to sit in front of a TV or a game station of some sort.

It was English. She had to attend summer classes the year before, I believe I read it somewhere back awhile ago and PE does not have summer classes for credit.

I remember it was an English credit as well, Lambchop.
I also remember (iirc from one of Cindy's LE interviews or Depo) that Casey could have or Cindy wanted her to enroll and attend summer class to make it up but Casey did not.

Hmm... that's interesting considering that Mark Nejame is both Smith's AND Tim Miller's attorney. Perhaps they don't want her found?

Maybe Tim Miller got served by OCA's lawyer and thought "I'm not wasting my time and resources in Orlando with more OCA carp" and got back on the plane. It sounds like Nejame did want him to do a search.

I would think more like a conflict of interest.

I'd hate to think Tim Miller would deprive an entire community of his services based on the (disgusting) treatment he received in the Casey Anthony case. I don't think TM would punish a loved one's family by refusing to search because FCA's lawyers are jerks.

I would think more like a conflict of interest.

That makes sense, chefmom.

Just take a peek-a-loo in the "ZFG Depo" thread. Oh! And take your blood pressure pills first! :innocent:

Thanks Chefmom! I just finished reading about that!!! Whoa!! :maddening: Talk about the kettle and pot... :furious:

I'm having a brain dead day - how would it be a conflict of interest? You mean because her husband is suspected of being the perp?

I don't know - I think also he must have felt some trepidation returning to Orlando because of the Caylee Anthony case. He's an emotional guy who lives and breathes all heart, then to step off the plane and be faced with OCA's lawyer may have been too much for him.Not saying I'm right but I don't think much about Orlando is a pleasant memory for him. And I think maybe he constantly has to choose which families to work with and which ones he just has to turn down - I don't think he would deliberately deprive someone.

Just a thought......Barbara Walters is releasing the names of her 10 most Fascinating people of the year for her special. She always keeps #1 a secret until that night. Do you think KC could be that #1???

seriously I would Vomit what if she got the first interview with her? Remember how JB and BW were at dinner like a month or so ago?

Didn't he open an office for TES in Orlando?

According to the Florida statutes, working towards a high school diploma is a requirement of probation for offenders that have not graduated. I keep waiting for something to come out about this in her monthly report.
You might want to put that on the thread for JA...as a question, of course.

Someone posted here that MN is no longer TES's attorney...how they knew, not a clue.

CA latest probation report.

Casey Anthony is still unemployed, isn't drinking alcohol or using drugs and is "taking time to relax," according to a report from her monthy probation check in released today.

Corrections officials say Anthony met with her probation officer about 8 a.m. on Thursday, her fourth such monthly meeting since beginning a year's probation term.

Officials still won't say where Anthony, 25, is living in Florida or where she meets with her probation officer. However, they say no probation violations have been noted.

I find that saddening more than anything else. Maybe it's just the way it reads.
