seriously I would Vomit what if she got the first interview with her? Remember how JB and BW were at dinner like a month or so ago?

The one with LBK and the grey haired huggy guy? LOL - Barbara was a bit crispy to Jose that night - and was horrified at the thought he was going to try to hug her goodbye - she wasn't even walking with him when they left the restaurant - was way off front as if she couldn't wait to get out of there.

Which says nothing about whether or not they have a contract of course but the quick clip was pretty amusing to me...:floorlaugh:

I'm having a brain dead day - how would it be a conflict of interest? You mean because her husband is suspected of being the perp?

I don't know - I think also he must have felt some trepidation returning to Orlando because of the Caylee Anthony case. He's an emotional guy who lives and breathes all heart, then to step off the plane and be faced with OCA's lawyer may have been too much for him.Not saying I'm right but I don't think much about Orlando is a pleasant memory for him. And I think maybe he constantly has to choose which families to work with and which ones he just has to turn down - I don't think he would deliberately deprive someone.

Heck, I don't know! Lol! If he decided not to because of the taint he was left with the last time he visited Florida, it wouldn't surprise me and I couldn't blame him. I guess we can just chalk up another victim of the KC destruction train!

Apparently the PO understands what a harrowing and exhausting experience it must have been for OCA to murder her child.

Really now. Are all FL probationers allowed to "take time to relax" and it is "All OK"?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, she will reap what she has sown, and it will be exactly Zero, Zip, Nada, Zilch!! She has magically been given another chance at life by the Pinellas 12, and she so far has NOTHING to show for it, she isn't even making ANY EFFORT whatsoever, RELAXING!! REALLY??????. She should be seizing this opportunity, doing SOMETHING, at least, ANYTHING!!! But I do realize who we are talking about here, she was never made to do anything before in her life, why start now??? :maddening:

Glad she is getting the much-needed time to relax after having sat on her behind in jail for 3 years........ :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

"Someone without a reputation can't sue for Defamation" So, then what he is saying is it IS ok for ZG to sue since, according to his blatant loose lips, she has a reputation? I'm confused again.

Maybe they are leading up to a lollapaloozer? Maybe it is just bad timing for reruns. I don't think those particular shows should be repeated, especially so close to the 3rd anniversary. Something accurate comes across the media and again, as usual, another interference by FCA and Co. I think it's just a fluke, I hope it's just a fluke. No matter, I missed them the first time around, not interested in her stories invading my tv.

On Monday,[July 13th] attorneys Marc A. Wites and Alex Kapetan, partners in a Lighthouse Point law firm, filed a law suit for compensatory damages on behalf of Texas Equusearch Mounted Search and Recovery, or TES.

The Wites & Kapetan firm has taken the case pro bono, noting that at least 40 percent of TES corporate funds were used in the Caylee search. Kapetan says his firm will seek compensation for time and dollars used by TES in its search.

CA latest probation report.

Casey Anthony is still unemployed, isn't drinking alcohol or using drugs and is "taking time to relax," according to a report from her monthy probation check in released today.

Corrections officials say Anthony met with her probation officer about 8 a.m. on Thursday, her fourth such monthly meeting since beginning a year's probation term.

Officials still won't say where Anthony, 25, is living in Florida or where she meets with her probation officer. However, they say no probation violations have been noted.

This took me back to when we heard about how she had no probation violations while she was in jail LOL.

It's much easier to comply when most of the typical probation requirements are waived.

--LE wouldn't meet with him.

Tim Miller planned to meet with his one-time lawyer Mark NeJame, who is also representing Smith, and requested to meet with Orlando homicide detectives who are conducting the investigation into the 33-year-old's disappearance, he said.

A police spokesman said detectives do not plan on meeting with Miller.
