CHILLING to say the least. That call pretty much "sealed the deal" for me.

Jeff Ashton running for State's Attorney office. Says there are cases that should have gone to trial but didn't. Was it the State's Attorney who was to decide whether to charge Cindy ANthony with perjury? Is there a statute of limitation on that charge?

I doubt that he or anyone else would move forward with charges on CA. Its over and done with, and a few folks have stated that they consider the matter closed and are not looking to bring back the circus that this would surely show up with anything Anthony related. And, she is certainly not the 1st person to lie in a courtroom and get away with it. I'm not happy - just as many are not happy, that she skirted the law, but I can say that everybody knows and she did not fool anyone. Over many years, she built her own private hell - she can stay there and live with herself.

If JA wins, I would hope he would work on matters that will improve the system. He does not need to deal with claims of sour grapes and the like when he will clearly have lots of work to do.

ITA...but he's running for a political office now and will have to answer to the people. Who knows what pressure will be brought? I don't know how many people lie on the stand on a daily basis...but I do know someone who snubbed her nose at the law and comitted perjury on national tv.

I know that it will never happen, but a girl can dream. They have all made their own private hell and I hope they feel its flames licking hot on their tails for the rest of their lives. However, I fear we have not heard the last of the DT. They fancied this case as their ticket to the big show. They sought fame and fortune on the heels of a murdered toddler whose remains were treated in a most heineous manner. Now that the 12 have set her free, they are wanting to sop up the glory, but are being prevented by the likes of JA and Dr. G who insist on telling the truth. Oh! And there is that little matter of 80% of the country hating their client more than anyone else! I just hope that when Ms. Karma pays them back, it gets splashed across the evening news for all to see. JMO

I'll say! I first read the transcript of that call and it was very damning just reading her words, but my jaw was on the floor when I later heard her own voice with all of the inflection and intonations. I still can not fathom how anyone could ever hear that call and so easily blow it off. :furious: Her blatant disregard for her precious daughter was so "in your face" on that call, how could anyone overlook it?

I am a crabby old bat, but even when I was a kid, I have always despised dullards.

I think in time, all things will surface, and people will know who did what when. Somebody will run their mouths - and it won't cost the FL taxpayers a dime. Thats when one could hope for some new charges.

Not sure if it is legit or not, it does look and sound like her IMO. It is supposedly from October 13, 2011. I can't figure out how to get the video over here.. Maybe someone else can? One of the pages I know it is posted on from FB is Justice For Caylee Marie Anthony. TIA

Would love to assist but I am not in the best position to. I MUST note that we all are very aware of some sites that only make money by views....so I will refrain and let others do. I am ot doing ANY Clicks on carp that others may post only for viwsand clickthroughs.

I just went over to FB and saw it, just type, as Thinker Belle said, "Justice for Caylee Marie Anthony" in the FB search bar, and it comes up as the latest post. It is black & white. At first, I was thinking, no way, but after watching and listening to her voice, it just might be her. Blonde short hair, side-parted short "bob" hairstyle and glasses. She mentions some names in it but they are "blanked out". Also, there is a picture in the background, I was trying to see who was in the picture. I didn't read any of the comments to see what people are saying, if they think it is her or not, but I am going to go back and do that now. I kind of think it really could be her. Not sure how this video got there, maybe the comments will say.

Anyway, if you have FB, take a gander if interested. I would not bring the link here as it is again TOS to link FB posts, I think.

ETA: I am not sanctioning whether or not someone should watch this, I am a FB member and it is a public FB page, so up to you if you want to see or not. I can't tell if it is a gag, or not........ but during my first watch, I just cannot tell. I will have to study it further and first read the 213 comments that have popped up. When the video started, I immediately said " not her", but after watching the full 4 mins., I thought it COULD be, but there are so many FB farces out there about FCA.

Well, if it IS in fact true that she is selling these videos to supporters, it definitely could violate her terms of probation. One, because she is making money illegally, and two because she indicated on her probation report that she has not earned any money.

I only watched the first minute or so of it, but, IMO, it isn't her. The vocal inflections don't sound right and the facial expressions she makes are not what we have seen from She Who Must Not Be Named. Just another person with too much time on their hands. That's just what I think.

I watched the video also. The eyebrows are much different than the last time we saw her. Take a look, they are now thick and bushy. Also, even though the video is black and white, I didn't see any moles on her face and body and I know she has many.

She is speaking in that confused little girl voice and not the arrogant "I like to use big words that don't make any sense" speak she used in the past. Still, no mention of Caylee, she talks all about her new possessions and her "things". Completely self absorbed, so it could be her. Some people on FB are sending the link to the FLA Probation Office to alert them that she states she paid for her computer on the video, so how can she be indigent and not pay her $20 monthly fee?

All MOO, but this video is disturbing on some many levels if it is her. A leopard does not change it's spots.
