Well, if it IS in fact true that she is selling these videos to supporters, it definitely could violate her terms of probation. One, because she is making money illegally, and two because she indicated on her probation report that she has not earned any money.

Someone sent a pic to the Caylee Daily of Casey at the Olive Garden in Ohio on new yrs. eve! Someone took a pic of her and it is her! Check it out I don't have the link but is the latest post on the CDaily!

I don't think it looks that much like her. There are many young women with short dark hair that are, unfortunately, going to be accused of being Her Lie-Ness. JMO

I don't care what she does but if if if it is her and she was in Ohio, all I want to know is how it relates to her probation. Can she leave the State, County? And if so, does all it take is for her to tell/apply to probation officer to go out of state/county? Can someone on probation leave the jurisdiction of her probation for , let's say, "new years"? Or does there have to be a more legit reason?

It sounds like her but it doesn't look like her hairline. She has a bit more weight on and yes she speaks only of herself. Eyebrow are dark and bushy and do not match hair. Why would she wear a blond wig if that is what it is and keep her hair natural in the pic that was supposedly taken at the Olive Garden with that male with the blacked out face? If that is her I would not post any more videos after viewing the hateful comments.

I haven't looked at the Olive Garden pic, and on the FB video, i am not sure if it exactly looks like her, and at first I didn't think it sounded exactly like her, but as I listened to the whole thing, further into it, when the tone of her voice changes on certain words, it sounded exactly like her, but it could be someone who studied the way she talked and did that on purpose. LOL, but people on certain FB pages are blowing up about this, some say it is her, some say it is not, who knows?

I will ignore her...this could be a pr testing of the waters to gauge interest in her and her market value. Every click proves interest and raises her value, and FB has site hit counters that marketing/pr companies use.

I don't know, I think it might be her. The voice, the inflections, the facial expressions, the laugh, and the sick feeling I got in the pit of my stomach at the sound of her voice were indicators IMO.

Also, the amount of times she says "me", "my" and "I" gives it away.

The one on you tube has only 26 views. Don't know about the one on facebook. Not to marketable. If that is the case I guess it is a fail.

But check the counts in a day or two now that people have found out about them... :waitasec: wasn't there recent discussion on why no pictures of OCA, and voila - they suddenly appear.

Two years have just passed since I lost my 16 year old dog.
I couldn't bear to leave her at the vets, let alone put her in a garbage bag & throw her into the snake, insect, garbage infested woods.
I had her creamated & she sits beside my bed.
I still miss her.

We had our cocker spaniel cremated. when my husband passed we put her in with him. I have my 15yr.old Red waiting in the dinette. when I go, he goes with me..(((hugs)))). I hope she gets sacked. Save the money!!!

The terms of her probation, did they state she had to stay in the state of Florida at all times or can she get permission to leave?

I'm not sure, but I believe she is able to leave with permission. However, if it is true that she is selling these videos to supporters, IMO she could get into trouble w/ probation. Of course, when you consider her track record, even if she was, she would probably find a way to lie her way out of it and face absolutely no consequences whatsoever.
