You know, I'm willing to bet someone would pay nicely for him to go on air and slam these claims. I'm sure Dr. Phil would love to make another donation to get George back on his show to combat these sexual abuse claims. But all he ever seems to do is talk through Lippman. I don't understand why he doesn't do more to defend himself. As mad as he claims to be at Casey, he's sure not making a big stink of the sexual abuse allegations at all.

Sometimes, silence is more golden than trying to fight a neverending 'media' problem. Personally, I don't want to see or hear anything of those people. I still, to this day question a great deal of what those 2 were dishing out, especially on the last 'talk show', I also read a part of Albow's book and it's neither here nor there, just his words. I know 1 thing, if I try to put myself into OCA shoes just on the sexual abuse claims alone, somebody would definately have been in jail when I was 8. No amount of being scared of momma or anybody else could stop me from doing that.

I guess there is just something about killing a child, and your own for that matter, that upsets people. After the verdict, my then 3-year-old came to karate practice for my older son, and saw one of the moms who looks and dresses a little like KC. My 3-year-old stared at her for the longest time, with a very guarded look on his face, and finally asked her if she was Casey Anthony.

That same mom was at karate practice earlier this week, and I couldn't help but stare at her. Skin tight clothing, and suddenly she has the "librarian" thick rimmed glasses look going. I'm not kidding.

Yes, agree Cyberborg - it is tragic. And unfortunately any denial by the Accused is seen as even further "guilt" because that's what this kind of "perp" does, or so "they" say.

In many ways George deserves criticism, but never has he done anything to deserve this lifelong stigma.

:waitasec: Not only did KC kill her daughter Caylee and take both CA and GA on a cruel tortuous horror ride as she toyed with them over what happened. So cruel.

:waitasec: Not only did KC accuse LA of fondling her she went on to develop this story into a story of abuse by GA that escalated and escalated in its severity to the point that ... maybe ... GA was the Father of Caylee (although at least that was dis-proven) -- so that was actual sex.

:waitasec: Not only did KC kill Caylee but now, since GA as Father did not fly she chooses to blame the conception on a date rape of some kind at a party ... further defiling her daughters name and memory.

There is absolutely nothing that KC will not resort to in her catalog of lies and hate and spite. :furious: KC may portray herself as a fun playtime girl but she has a lot of anger, hate, spite that knows no bounds and she will burn anyone and everyone. :furious:

I really wish the state had introduced her actual activities that morning as a rebuttal to her claims. Wasn't she either texting or on the computer most of the time? While that might make it clear that GA was watching her daughter and not her (which could have caused difficulty given her ludicrous story), it would have certainly shot holes in the fact she was "sleeping hard" with her door locked - a fact in itself she contradicts when she accuses her father of bursting through the door).

If she was on either the phone or computer the entire time (both before and after she claims the incident happened) then at the very least she didn't even bother reacting to the news her child had "drowned". To a sane person that would indicate nothing happened at all (although I realize the 12 we are talking about don't require actual facts or logic to leap to conclusions).

This is so reminiscent of Mark Twain's exposure of James Fennimore Cooper's atrocious impossibilities of time, space and logic appearing throughout his stories that were apparently unnoticed by his audience. I guess not that much has changed in the past couple centuries when it comes to critical thinking.

I've felt that way ever since the trial...I truly feel the verdict might have been different had the jury been made to actually listen to what she was doing that day. The timeline the DT presented doesn't make sense when you compare it to what her phone records show. STILL frustrating to me even now.

Oh God - it is so ugly ugly UGLY when you lay it out because it is all true. I so wish this woman had been stopped and was safely in jail - away from harming anyone else in such a cruel way. She is worse than a cat playing with an injured bird and slowly killing it for the fun of it.

I wholeheartedly agree. There are many things George has said or done or not said or done that made me nuts. Nobody deserves that accusation. Once something like that is out it's out and they are judged. Especially toward a Grandparent who clearly loved Caylee. I think Caylee was the only one in his life who loved him unconditionally. I hope George has learned something from all of this and opened his eyes as to exactly who and what his Daughter is. I took from his hand wiping gesture off the stand that he was sending her that message.

The Anthonys should be bringing a civil suit against Casey for the death of their granddaughter. The fact they have done nothing since June16, 2008 speaks volumes. It was their car that was missing. They could have called it in as stolen and LE would have picked up casey and Caylee. They did nothing then; they are doing nothing now...except collecting money and living high.

My prediction is GA will suffer a serious illness eventually. Frankly, I am surprised he hasn't had a heart attack by now. Where's the hammer now Cindy? Where's all your rage? You sure had it waving around when people wanted a piece of FCA Why no defense of GA?

I truly dont think that Jury would have listened. They didn't disuss anything in great detail. They glossed over everything. They just wanted to go home :banghead:

I think GA is in a lose-lose situ with KC's allegations and probably needs to ride out the storm and hope it passes.

While coming out strong to oppose the accusations can convince some of GA's innocence, many are biased to believe the worst of GA anyway, despite everything and it can/will backfire.

From the DT social networking polls GA was seen more as the perp and bad guy while KC was seen as the little girl she was portraying who lies are explained by the abuse. JB's OS was shocking and had a game changing impact.

The accusations have not come directly from KC's mouth but via a backdoor of Psych depositions and jail house letters so it can make GA look bad, even more guilty to challenge these and go against his daughter. Folks will perceive that as him being even more guilty.

I would not be surprised if Ablow is paid by KC supporters to pursue this in order to rehabilitate her image at the cost of GA, support KC's new story when she does an exclusive interview and, gets away with it because it is his expert opinion based on KC's testimony.

Like OJ there will be those who firmly believe KC's accusations are true, there will be those who firmly believe that KC's accusations are lies. Few minds will be changed to cross into either camp but more new recruits can be added.

There will also be many experts and talking heads that will align on both sides based on life experiences and perceptions.

To me, this is a lightning rod for KC to leverage 'abuse' and her story of GA since she will gain support even though folks know that she is a proven liar, that this story evolved, that she is a manipulator, that she is retaliating against GA, that she is deflecting her own 100% guilt.

These accusations will NEVER be PROVEN and will NEVER be DIS-PROVEN -- that's a win-win for KC and a lose-lose for GA. She can stick to her guns. IMO

Agreed 100%. But still, I do not see why Ablow and others like him should be allowed to publish articles and books that defame another person. What he is saying is his opinion, and Freedom of Speech covers everyone until it becomes slander or libel. IF these assertions are being made, there should be some sort of proof. Otherwise, GA should have legal recourse when lies about him are being PUBLISHED. The writers and speakers should be forced to either prove their claims or cease making them.

That is my recollection. Didn't the suit for wrongful death have to come from Caylee's Father?
