But she did lie. They had to convict because there was physical evidence that she did lie because in the opening statement JB said Caylee drowned. Those four counts of lying had to do with Caylee being kidnapped, which were obvious lies. jmo

True. Funny that they went with evidence on those counts, but discounted evidence on the rest of them. And I guess I was saying that if they truly believed she lied because of being molested, they would have excused the lying because she was molested. That would have overrode any evidence, but apparently they were paying attention enough to know she lied and convicted her only of that!!!! :banghead::banghead::furious::furious:

I agree except to add that it was the seeds of doubt about George. Not just molestation but lack of credibility all together. JMO.

Even the Prosecutors thought him to be...:fence:
..JA said in his book one of the reasons they wanted George to testify in front of the Grand Jury was to seal his testimony because they felt he would (IMO buckle under Cindy's state of denial pressure tactics and) change his story

Maybe it's just me or I'm in the minority here but I don't get the uproar about CA being around children. Now hear me out, I don't mean babysitting or having a child or stepchild. I would be concerned for her to be around a child that may take attention from her and that would potential be a repeat but I don't get the concern about her being around children near a school, church, just random children in a neighborhood, etc. Why is there a potential risk there? I really am sincerely asking this question because I see a lot of posts like that and I really do not understand why there is such a concern about that.

Do we have any idea what her triggers are? Why would anyone kill their own child and throw them away? People can say alot of things about Casey Anthony, but being "stable" wouldn't be one of them, IMO. So who can predict what she will do? All we know is what she's capable of doing...and that alone, IMHO...merits caution.

Yikes.

Why do people keep forgetting that this poor baby had duct tape over her mouth? WTH is the purpose of doing that if she had drowned and "daddy is going to take care of it"? People also forget that if it were a drowning, there would be no need to hide the body. Nor would a crazy story of a kidnapping nanny be necessary. If this had really been an accident, 911 would have been called, Caylee would not have been discarded like trash, and there would have been no duct tape anywhere near her airways. And, she never would have been reported missing.

It does happen that kids get into the pool when no one is watching. I don't see why George and Casey felt the need to make this appear as a kidnapping/murder if it really was a tragic accident and I fail to understand why so-called professionals cannot see how ludicrous they sound sometimes.

I.am.sorry.folks. I will never buy it. No matter who writes what about sexual abuse and lying grandfathers who have affairs or do godknowswhatelse.....I ain't gonna buy it. Ever!

I've tried that all morning and nada:waitasec:. When I try and push the Thanks, that button disappears to be replaced by the quote page thingy and the bottom list goes blank.

This is where KC changed her story to add insult to injury, to put it mildly and add that GA was abusing Caylee and had drowned Caylee to cover it up???

KC was trying to weave a malicious story that explained all of the questions and gotchas as they emerged to save herself and sacrifice GA. JB took the middle ground of an accident that GA laid a guilt trip on KC and given the family's dsyfunction they all acted inappropriately.

KC was a lot more vindictive to twist the inserted knife in GA's heart and JB played the grey areas and doubt.

Those two are a match made in Heaven. I still say that FCA thought she was going to be Mrs Baez when she got out. I'm sure in her mind she was thinking he can have me, I'm sure he'll dump his wife! I guarantee that is why they had a falling out. Just the way she was looking at JB in court after the verdict and at her sentencing, it was beyond disgusting. I thought she was literally going to jump him right then and there!! She probably figured she'd work in his office all day like before she was re-arrested and play wifey to the attorney who saved her life. I'm getting sick typing it.

Sometimes clearing your history and cache helps also. We've had a few glitches in the site for a couple of days but they seem to have settled down now.

I get a little bit of satisfaction out of the fact the GA, through his attorney, is not responding to, and basically ignoring, this Dr. and his position statements. I think its a great way to make him go away, as he's been shilling his convoluted story for months now.

Maybe this Dr. wants people to get all fired up, shake their fists at him and spend their time writing back and talking about how wrong he is... From me, he'll get nothing but a yawn.....

Dr. had a very short lived TV show,his advice to his guests never made sense IMO he is no Dr.Oz heck he even made Dr. Phil look like a real shrink!:innocent:

I always check the remember me box when I log in. Otherwise I get booted out every so often, never timed it, but seems a lot. Hope that helps
