Some of my Thanks took up to a minute to show this a.m. so maybe some glitches still going on?

I always check the remember me box when I log in. Otherwise I get booted out every so often, never timed it, but seems a lot. Hope that helps

Right - I forget to mention that - and actually I never log out - and no one know where I am lurking so it keeps people from talking about me when I'm gone.

LG breaks into a chorus of "Please don't talk about me when I'm gone".....

Have to laugh - I do the opposite - keep myself unsigned in until I have sincere motivation to post a reply (er, last night notwithstanding) - in my experience the interval for getting automatically logged off after your last post is about 15 minutes... fwiw and ymmv

Remember that article we had - and I can't remember who wrote it - about Mason wanting on this case months before he actually was taken on. And then begrudingly because Baez needed someone with death penalty experience.

Well now he has what he wants - he's top rooster in the hen house...

Well, how can I say this without getting into trouble...A hypothiese... an accident that propelled an open door to make a lot of money and get a lot of sympathy. I know that nobody in their right mind would ever do such a thing if this had happened to them, they'd call 911, say what happened and that'd be the tragic end of it, but when you look at the whole horrendous picture here, one just can't help but maybe wonder IF somebody took a tragedy and turned it into a money making scheme for whatever reason. I don't want to say that is what happened, but to some, that is how it sort of appears to have happened. Not my opinion, just a sort of example.

I don't want to see him on air again either. I was being rather sarcastic in my post, figuring the only way GA might come out and actually say something not through is lawyer is if someone paid him to come on their show and do it. But you're right, it's probably better that he remain silent and speak through Lippman. I guess watching and hearing how upset he was with these allegations at and after trial, and then now nothing but silence just made me curious. I would think he would want to fight against these horrible accusations, but he really hasn't. Maybe it's best he doesn't, though. He can be tripped up easily and made to come off not so well if people figure out how to push his buttons. He might make things worse if he actually did come out and defend himself. He just can't win.

Nope. He can't win. He had countless chances in the 3 years to get to trial and during the trial to stand up like a man (or woman for that matter) for Caylee. As far as I'm concerned he can wear whatever label he gets (no I don't think he touched OCA or Caylee in any sexual way what-so-ever) for failing Caylee. He was the only one who was teetering on the edge of telling the truth and then was pulled back for whatever reason. I have zero respect for him. Even if he were to say today that OCA did kill Caylee I would still hate him for not standing up for Caylee. It is his cross to bare.

I truly believe that if fca was a male this "dr.a" would be thinking with the head on his shoulders and wouldn't buy into any of this freak show story. Anyone can get a degree, even people with their own personal issues and even people that are easily swayed by a femme fatale

Yes it seems if a Father or Male partner kills a child there is no reasoning as to the "why" of it. When a Female does some folks need to find a reason. Clearly both men and women can be a sociopath.
