How the heck are they planning on appealing the stealing? Clearly she did. some of the charges were waived and considering the rest she got off very lightly. Big deal - first offense - that we know of.:maddening:

They have not appealed the theft convictions. The theft convictions gave KC time served plus one year probation.

The open appeal is on the lying convictions. I do not know the specifics but even if they win this appeal it will not affect KC's probation.

When I read the caption, "file an appeal to stop FCA's probation", it freaked me out thinking it was filed today. I immediately posted on this thread without reading that it said August 17, 2011.

I immediately deleted my post but unfortunately people had already responded to it.

I don't think that it is as much about winning or losing the appeal, IMO.

It is all about delaying tactics thus the continued delays to actually file the appeal. They know that they won't win it.

It is all about delaying all of the civil actions against KC until her probation expires so that KC can disappear to another Country or State and they become moot.

Based on KC's words there is hope that she gets released from probation next month so she can disappear and never be available for any civil law suits since she is gone from Florida and hidden for ... 'security reasons' aka 'gaming the system' even more.

KC will never pay a dime either to the civil law suits, the IRS, the State ... Nada.

I figure the whole thing was about how they, defense, couldn't do anything until they move her - you know, for her safety.......So they had to cancel any hearings, time has to stop, the world stops spinning and breaks apart and we all fly in to space because after all, you know, fca is the center of the Universe...

Because maybe - just Maybe! The Judge decided there wasn't any argument they could offer anymore against her testifying??? And she wanted to have "words" with them about lying to the court???
