remember when we all snorted and guffawed over Greene"s assertion that his client was engaged in reflection? Remember we speculated what form that reflection might entail? A peek a today's new links will authenticate all we've speculated about.

Oh and not too long ago, someone here (and darn it I cannot remember who) told us that these pics and vids would be hittin' the airwaves in Feb (based on his/her inside information). So whoever you are SHOUT OUT!

But I'm not clickin' the links :-)

Well OMG again..... So I would assume that since ROL is generated towards the younger set....a boycott of them would do no good????????? They obviously are paying money for these pics, because ROL nor TMZ does nothing for free....:maddening::maddening::maddening:

spot on Chefmom - and noting that all the above spouted while actively gazing at her own reflection.

Why yes, Esq. Greene -I do speak weasel.

Isn't it 3 years ago tomorrow that they held Caylees memorial service 'CMA CMA CMA' :what:? Great timing for the pictures/videos to be leaked.

Actually, most of the defense bar embraced Baez and Mason as conquering heroes after the verdict.

As a matter of fact, several prominent Florida defense attorneys proposed having Jose Baez and Cheney Mason be the keynote speakers at the 50th Anniversary Meeting of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Please see Jon_Burrows post #1710.
This may be the underlying reason defense attorneys, made of the same cloth as JB and CM, will continue to maintain gainful employment.
Utterly depressing, disgusting and sad.

For those who can't stomach looking at a baby killer, here's the transcript:

"It's November 6, 2011. I just pierced my nose last week, very exciting and my ear, woo! Very, very exciting. My hair is officially red which is not the most obvious thing because of the black and white but (sigh) starting to make some changes, some good changes for, for me, for myself. Trying to figure out the things that I like, that I want and just whatever, doing it, like my glasses and umm just its been an amazing weekend with (inaudible) for me. It's good to be back, good to be home, good to be with my pooch and uhh (inaudible) back today so looking forward to get home for (inaudible) weekend (sigh) just really starting to feel good about a lot of things, about umm like really starting to like the way things are going, where they are going.(inaudible) (laughs) just happy, (inaudible) my friend (inaudible) the week, take 1"

IMO

Casey faced a death penalty trial for something she didn't do and she was acquitted. Caylee's being dead does not prove that Casey killed her. If she is not allowed to "start over" after facing the suspicions that didn't prove anything, what is the justice system for anyhow? A popularity contest?

OK...just one "fact"...KC was "aquitted"...that does NOT mean she didn't "DO" what she was charged with, just that the jury couldn't piece together the information given, and/or, be concerned enough to ask questions during the "deliberations" to make "educated" decisions. **cough cough**

Case in point...forgive me, I KNOW I sound like a broken record with this...

The jurors were asked about the deliberations after the trial, and the few that answered questions, said they believed Caylee was NEVER in the trunk.
Now...geniuses (is that a word??), how did Caylee's DEAD body get to the place her mother dumped her??? Wheelbarrow???

You see...in a circumstantial case, the jurors need to be able to put pieces together. Their answer to that ONE, SIMPLE, COMMON SENSE question tells "ME" all I need to know about that jury and their ability to make a sound decision.

So who is releasing this video piecemeal? KC?

I think it's calculated to keep interest where it would otherwise wane. Claims of new photos are probably same strategy...release one or two or so, then a couple weeks later a few more...and so on. If they own them (paid for them) they want the most bang for their buck.

Really people, if you've seen one KC photo or video you have seen them all. Save your time and don't give in to sensationalist reporting....don't click.

I would not mind clicking to seeg something real, something substantial, happening in this case. But that isn't what's up, and the same old stale bait being thrown to us has an off taste, IMO.

The "blind item" posted here by one of our members about a month ago, iirc, seemed to refer to Nat Enq - however, as Totally noted above, TMZ does nothing for free, so I am willing to bet they ponied up the dollars

Note: my opinion expressed below is not to be interpreted from a moderator standpoint; only as a poster who has followed this case for the past 3 1/2 yrs.

I am so tired of reading this crock. You are entitled to your opinion, but not entitled to misrepresent the facts.

For you to keep referring to the mountain of circumstantial evidence as "suspicions" is misrepresenting the FACTS of the case.

The jury did NOT do their due diligence during deliberations. They didn't look for anything but a way out and a ticket home. Oh, a one of them wanted an outrageous fee for an interview. GMAB! After 5+ weeks, over 300 pieces of evidence and 90+ witnesses and they reviewed nothing. NOTHING. They totally disregarded the jury instruction that circumstantial evidence was indeed evidence to be considered. They certainly did not understand the concept of reasonable doubt and didn't care enough to ask. Otherwise they would not have been so hell bent on demanding to know a cause of death. I am beginning to think common sense is a rare super power now. Who knew?

I propose a challenge to put this to rest. I would like to see you argue your points with AZlawyer. I noticed on the other thread you quoted and responded to just about everyone but her. She knows the evidence, timelines and facts of this case better than anyone here and she darn sure knows law. I might actually be able to respect your point-of-view if you'd be willing to rebut her points.

Thanks was just not enough.
:rocker::rocker: Well Said :great::great: Fantastic :clap::clap:

Ummm...KC isn't "allowed" or NOT "allowed" to start over...that's up to HER.
It has NOTHING to do with the "justice system"...that poor excuse to give her special treatment was over and done last July.

I'm "allowed" to feel any way I please about her...as is the rest of this planet.
No more special treatment. The same rights I have, she has.
She can kissy face at her webcam all she likes...just like I can print the picture out and throw darts at it!! LOL

"Life is a box of chocolates, Forrest, you never know what you're gonna get"...maybe Miss KC ought to buy herself a NEW box??? (Oh, my...giggle)

You know what's crazy? After the trial was over, I thought no one would care anymore about arguing the evidence, so I deleted my links and threw away my notes. :banghead:

But it turns out that most of it got hard-wired into my brain somewhere along the line lol. :) And then I found that I had a duplicate folder of all the downloaded documents. So I'm all set if we need to talk about this for another 3 1/2 years. But we have to be nice to each other or we'll get beach-slapped. :innocent:

:floorlaugh: Something I have used all the time at my house, before I came to WS. BIG GRIN when I saw it. Thanks. :blowkiss:

So, you know what picture I had in my head while reading your post? :fence:

Do ya’ll remember in Kindergarten and First Grade (back in the old days LOL)...those HUGE WOODEN PUZZLES with like 3 pieces to each puzzle? Very, very simple?????

Bet the P12 couldn’t even put one of those together.:fence:

I got a big ole kick last night on Dr. Drew while he was discussing the similarities of psychopathic killers with a lady who wrote the book which was something like "Mothers Who Kill..the Casey Anthony Story"..........there was a slit screen of Casey and Josh Powell.

Funny how her acquittal has NOT stopped her from being (rightly) compared to other killers.

I have no doubt you could answer any question including the "fine details" with or without your folder AZLawyer - after your never ending legal thread? I know so!

Just saw the very latest video. And my opinion?? By these being released FCA has ruined her only remaining chances of getting an interview, book deal, whatever. Her immaturity shows and she still reeks of narcissism. It doesn't appear that she has matured one iota. She still presents herself as a 14 year old girl when she is rapidly aging and losing her looks as she heads towards 30 years old. (Groucho Marx anyone??:floorlaugh:)

Her only chance to redeem herself would have been to reappear as a sophisticated, thoughtful, mature almost thirty-something who has learned from her mistakes. Not that rode-hard, put away wet, mess!!
