Oh reading those 31 days records again is painful.

The jurors and Casey supporters have made odd statements like "when Casey got home and found out her daughter was missing"..Ummmmm, you mean when she backed her car into the garage on the 17th when no one else was home?

BINGO - GA was at work.. Did you hear that all you Baez & KC supporters. GA & CA were at work....

well.... GA did not start work until 3pm. And it was probably a 20-30 min drive so he was likely home too. But JB lied about KC not having an AIM account. Iassen made it very clear that she does in his testimony.

So, at the very least, GA was incorrect (or lied) about the time that KC left for "work". (Unless KC did leave and sat in her car nearby waiting for GA to leave while talking to Amy - that is why I wonder if Amy said she thought KC was at home, in her car, or where. It was close to home ... real close)

Yes, she tried to call Cindy (George and Jesse too) and texted with Tony. No phone activity from 04:25pm - 06:31pm. Then around 6.31 she tried to call Cindy again and called Anthony home, 1 minute call. Was Cindy home at that time (George was at work)? So Cindy didn`t answer her cell but answered the phone at the Anthony home?

Mondays were very busy days at work. She would start work early and finish late because they would have meetings after work

I wish there was one web site that discussions on this fish wrapper of a book was discussed with the authors. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we were able to stop the lies as soon as they can be proven as false? Look how many we have uncovered already, but jb doesn't have to answer to them. Maybe some media person will actually read here before doing an interview and will ask the good questions. I just want to see him try to squirm out of his statements.

Wait, wait! Is Baez trying to have us believe he or his staff was still researching this stuff after their guilty client was acquitted? This would have been after the party was over, after he got back from trying to sell himself in New York, blah blah....and he expects us to believe this?

Or is he saying it was discovered after the trial was over so no one can go over the court documents and say no - he's lying - didn't happen?

C'mon - if we look a behaviour patterning - how credible is that? :banghead:

Just looked at the Amazon numbers this am - the Baez Bomb is back down to #154 ranking and #7 in mayhem - so guess that big batch "the publisher bought back to up the numbers" was only a one day "up" event.

And if you don't believe authors and publishers manipulate book sales numbers to boost their own sales - then I have a nice piece of sunny vaca property in Northern Canada where you can baste in the sun all year round.. :floorlaugh:

Let me see if I can copy and paste more. That's all it says...Someone on twitter tweeted Kathy Belich to ask about it. The docket also shows a counter transaction for today which means someone picked up a copy of something, hopefully this. Someone filed a motion to violate her probation. I don't know if any Joe Schmoe can file this or if it is from her PO. But it's funny.

I think at least to me.. it has to do with the total lack of logic in alot of baez claims.... so then you remember bits and pieces of the timeline or depo's and for me at least i feel the need to go back and check it out...and its hard to find all these things now.

I think baez at times weaves tiny bits of truth in with his lies just like kc does.

One thing to me that defies logic is his story about the events of monday the 16th..

Here is things that can be documented that happened that day..
casey was on the computer..
from 6 42 to 7 42 talking on AIM yes she does have aol
then from 9 am till 11 59 am she was on the puter (jose says during this time she was looking for outfits for the shot girls at the bar for Tony)

So then we have one hour not accounted for.. and then these phone calls

so 1 pm to 1:14 phone with tony..
1:44 to 2:20 phone with amy
2:52 to 3:03 phone call with Jesse grund
All of the calls used cell towers that can be reached from her parents' home

And GA's time card showed that he started work at 3:00pm that day...

So logically .. just when did this caylee /pool/ GA / casey upset crying rocking in the room happen..

There is no avail time for all that..
