Okay so is it just me this morning? What is the violation of probation - I think I have a brain full of nothing this morning...

I think at least to me.. it has to do with the total lack of logic in alot of baez claims.... so then you remember bits and pieces of the timeline or depo's and for me at least i feel the need to go back and check it out...and its hard to find all these things now.

I think baez at times weaves tiny bits of truth in with his lies just like kc does.

One thing to me that defies logic is his story about the events of monday the 16th..

Here is things that can be documented that happened that day..
casey was on the computer..
from 6 42 to 7 42 talking on AIM yes she does have aol
then from 9 am till 11 59 am she was on the puter (jose says during this time she was looking for outfits for the shot girls at the bar for Tony)

So then we have one hour not accounted for.. and then these phone calls

so 1 pm to 1:14 phone with tony..
1:44 to 2:20 phone with amy
2:52 to 3:03 phone call with Jesse grund
All of the calls used cell towers that can be reached from her parents' home

And GA's time card showed that he started work at 3:00pm that day...

So logically .. just when did this caylee /pool/ GA / casey upset crying rocking in the room happen..

There is no avail time for all that..

I haven't looked it up, but I remember that George left for work an hour before he started - that is at 2:00 pm....

I wish there was one web site that discussions on this fish wrapper of a book was discussed with the authors. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we were able to stop the lies as soon as they can be proven as false? Look how many we have uncovered already, but jb doesn't have to answer to them. Maybe some media person will actually read here before doing an interview and will ask the good questions. I just want to see him try to squirm out of his statements.

Im so relieved to find Bw's endorsement of that book only gave a short increase in sales. Hopefully from now on sales will follow a straight downward decline.

Countdown to the implosion! I can just see the felon with her hands out for her share of the blood money.... Well.. I guess she has her big million dollar interview with Babs to look forward to.

I've just realized that I don't care that FCA gets off probation soon. It is such a farce anyhow, and she hides behind the supposed court protection by claiming she isn't safe blah blah, and she and Mason and Baez have a million excuses for her just lounging around. And I'm getting tired of it.

In other words, I think her probation time offers her a lot of protection that she won't have the moment her probation is over. Then it will be open season for hunting her. I don't believe she can get a passport as a felon, so she could be hiding all around the USA, but will her lawyers continue to support her and why would they? Until she reoffends of course...IMO of course...:moo:

Yeah im not sure how long it took him to get to work... or what time he left for work.. but jose himself in the book .. calls it to our attention that in the phone call with amy.. that He says casey couldnt have made the computer searches as she was on the phone with amy at that same time.. and that amy said that she couldnt recall anything special about the conversation..and says that casey could not have had these morbid thoughts and done the puter seaches when she talked to amy.....But he wants us to believe that she had just been shown her daughter had died and nothing special was in the convo with amy???

She can get a passport, but no other country is obligated to let her enter.

This to me is why this book and all JB's lies are so frustrating along with all the casey supporters blindly believeing it all.. there is NO LOGIC.

Oh and jesse also says in his depo about that day.. He heard caylee in the back ground when he was on the phone with casey...
and you know what.. GA had already left for work before that phone call happened... or at least before it finished.

Just checked The View on FB, over 300 comments on yesterdays show. There are ALOT of very unhappy people with "the girls" and still ALOT of people standing up for Baby Caylee. YAY!!!

If Baez's accident claim was true ....she would have to be the coldest sociopath ever to see her daughter drown , then go about her business like that... It still would make her a DESPICABLE person....not a sweet troubled "girl" like baez wants to make her out.

Of course as you point out... The accident claims can be quickly refuted. I wish the prosecution had hammered the timeline to this pinhead jury....so they could see how the evidence does not support accident...especially an accident where someone else is at fault.

You know, I think the prosecution was so appalled with the duct tape, the dumping ground and the trunk evidence, they didn't think they needed to focus on the timeline. I know there was concern about just how accurate the cell tower pings were that would have been easy to argue reasonable doubt that they focused on the obvious and irrefutable stuff.
I mean how would they have ever guessed this jury would disregard sceintific evidence that had been confirmed by the Frye hearings over suppositions and couldah's??:banghead::banghead:
