I've just realized that I don't care that FCA gets off probation soon. It is such a farce anyhow, and she hides behind the supposed court protection by claiming she isn't safe blah blah, and she and Mason and Baez have a million excuses for her just lounging around. And I'm getting tired of it.

In other words, I think her probation time offers her a lot of protection that she won't have the moment her probation is over. Then it will be open season for hunting her. I don't believe she can get a passport as a felon, so she could be hiding all around the USA, but will her lawyers continue to support her and why would they? Until she reoffends of course...IMO of course...:moo:

I agree, I think they are "protecting" her since they are her attorneys, maybe Cindy/Dr.Phil is paying for this protection for now, and so if she is "out and about" now she could easily violate and end back up in jail for the remainder of the jail sentence which is to be further punishment for the 6(I think?) counts of felonious check fraud that were "held in reserve" .....

I say, let her REALLY go out and about, let's see what happens, if she is the sociopath that I think she is, she won't want to change her old ways, she doesn't care what harmful things she does to whomever she does it to, now I DON'T want other innocent people to get hurt because of her, hopefully she will just "keep it all in the family", she can trust NO ONE IMO, someone is bound to "friend" her and try to make their own pile of $$$$$, she will never know who to trust or who to get close to, for right now, even a photo or two could probably bring someone some $$ if they sell it to the right tabloid or news media, that is why she might have to stick around her family, wonder if Lee and Mal have a spare room??

I would LOVE to see one of her current/past year "protectors" go turncoat and let us all know what is has been like living with her for the past year, I imagine it HAS NOT been easy. Look at what she apparently did to the pastor and his family, you can tell a lot from that ONE phone call that was released. I am sure there are MANY stories to tell about that raging temper, the manipulation, the stealing and pilfering, being made to lay-low and not have sex 3 times a day (well maybe she is, who are her handlers?? ) etc., etc., etc.,

Big problem with this story is that Cindy says Casey and Caylee slept in Casey's room that night? If I remember correctly, Caylee usually slept in Casey's bed... not the other way around? Umm... Maybe Cindy is covering up for George too? Lying for George? Trying to get Casey the death penalty? Maybe this "author" should call out Cindy for her involvement?

Agree, and not sure how long she will last on basically what are "handouts" especially if what we suspect is CA giving her part of the Dr. Phil money. This would still be CA controlling her and I think that at some level would really aggravate her.

I think she wants her own money that she is "in charge" of to spend as she likes. So I think she is going to be forced out of hiding to do that infamous interview the DT has been trying to secure for her.

Somehow I don't think this woman is going to be fading into the sunset.

Now I ask you, does this add up? If you went outside and noticed the ladder was up and it was a 'cardinal' rule to make sure it was down each time -----WOULD YOU NOT RUN STRAIGHT TO THE POOL? OR AT LEAST LOOK ---> Before STARTING TO WALK TO THE HOUSE?????? So, are we to believe that KC didn't notice George grabbing Caylee out of the water? No yelling, "OMG, OMG call 911 - HELP" Nothing? Really?????????? NO, I MEAN REALLY???????????
And her first thought was it wasn't an accident?????? Why would it not be 911, CPR, yell for help?????????

Notice the story, diverts your attention to the cardinal rule, the type of pool and that Caylee loved to swim. <-------- NONE of the details belong between these two sentences. They are ancillary information that has nothing to do with conveying the play by play of what happened that fateful day. I would dare say, if this had been a statement given to LE and they called in a statement analysis - he/she would say that such non pertinent information, given in a misplaced section of the story would be an indicator of lying. JMHO, etc (And the writing sucks beyond even that - amazing!)

Caylee had a crib that converted into a toddler bed..
iirc it didn't even have a twin mattress on it. I remember the pics showing a crib/toddler mattress and the front rail was removed and the bed lowered.

I think the "rush" to buy this book by people who are really interested in this is totally over. Plus the group of books purchased for The View audience, throw that # into the total sales, anyone have any idea how many people are in that audience, 100? I actually have no idea.....

From this day forward his sales rank will PLUMMET!!

anyway, I'm sure he will sell a few more books here and there, a very few a month maybe? from what I'm reading people are saying only 2 or 3 hardback copies are in their local book stores, some aren't even carrying it, maybe someone at the beach for vacation will see it and pick it up for MINDLESS reading, but at this point, it is IMO a "done deal" for a bump in any day/week with a large number of purchases.

Is his book promo tour over? I sure as hell hope so, the only thing I watched/listened to from his "tour" was yesterday The View and that 2.5 minute CNN interview, at the beginning I could not even stomach it, by yesterday/the evening before I thought I would take a gander, the only thing I learned was that his head has gotten much fatter since the trial. I would also like to see how fat FCA's is now.

Yeah im not sure how long it took him to get to work... or what time he left for work.. but jose himself in the book .. calls it to our attention that in the phone call with amy.. that He says casey couldnt have made the computer searches as she was on the phone with amy at that same time.. and that amy said that she couldnt recall anything special about the conversation..and says that casey could not have had these morbid thoughts and done the puter seaches when she talked to amy.....But he wants us to believe that she had just been shown her daughter had died and nothing special was in the convo with amy???

BBM Of course he wants us to believe THAT part! But ONLY that part! He really does take us as fools and unfortunately, there are many fools out there who can not put 2+2 together... Including the P12.

Show of hands...how many of us have been on the phone talking to someone AND be on the computer at the same time.

Me, for one...I was on the phone with the cable company discussing my bill AND I was on the computer bringing up all my invoices while we spoke...

Jose wants us to believe that an "event coodinator" couldn't multi-task! And yes, being on the computer and talking on the phone at the same time is part of my everyday life. Just as it was Casey's! ETA: Although I have a real job!

KC was angry that CA would not answer her call & the more times she called the angier she became. She wanted to keep her date that night!!!
It is also my opinion that they are all hiding a dirty secret. They all have something on each other & that's why no ones talking.
I believe KC when she says GA screamed "Look what you've done - your mother will never forgive you" However, IMO it was something that happened in their past & they all banned together to protect KC & hide the dirty crime.
IMO that is why the Anthonys would not co operate with the law. What ever KC done they are all involved because they all covered it up.
I think the Anthony back yard needs to be dug up. Afterall - that is the first place CA & GA thought to look.

Which one of you sleuths is going to write the book which refutes the cacophonous lies of JB? You could call it: Presumed Guilty - With Good Reason (The real story behind Caylee Anthony's murder, not some crap fed to you by Casey's idiotic attorney who assumes you are as stupid as he is)

This is actually a really wonderful idea! I don't know why we all couldn't put our collective brains together, in the Parking Lot if necessary, and start a thread titled, as you stated: "Presumed Guilty - With Good Reason" and really take apart everything that Jose is claiming in his book. Then we could write a manuscript (collectively) and at the very least post it somewhere for free. It's not that hard to publish your own work on the internet anymore. It would be a group effort though. And it would take some dedication, but I'm sure we could do it for Caylee?

ETA: We could also address everything Jose didn't put in his book.
