Mama-cita has my mind running wild with her book idea! Does anyone know if we are allowed to open a thread in the parking lot to really discuss this seriously? I'm so sick of the lies and I feel if we can do anything -- anything at all -- we really should do it! Like I said, it would take time and effort (a lot of re-reading), but if we could all do it together, we could really do this. We could do this for Caylee! No financial gain at all. Just straight truth backed up by evidence. We could also add in our own personal stories from the moment this case made the news, to the endless search for Caylee, to Caylee finally being found, to the years waiting for the trial, digging through thousands upon thousands of documents. We'd need some of our resident professionals to be involved. AZlawyer and joypath come to mind first. I know there are others.

This is the BEST idea ever. WS has such a good writes and analysts. You guys rock with the 'common sense' and dedication. Why not put your talants for the best outcome?! Please count me in (even w/my broken English I think I can help:)! Let's do it!!!!

I agree, I think they are "protecting" her since they are her attorneys, maybe Cindy/Dr.Phil is paying for this protection for now, and so if she is "out and about" now she could easily violate and end back up in jail for the remainder of the jail sentence which is to be further punishment for the 6(I think?) counts of felonious check fraud that were "held in reserve" .....

I say, let her REALLY go out and about, let's see what happens, if she is the sociopath that I think she is, she won't want to change her old ways, she doesn't care what harmful things she does to whomever she does it to, now I DON'T want other innocent people to get hurt because of her, hopefully she will just "keep it all in the family", she can trust NO ONE IMO, someone is bound to "friend" her and try to make their own pile of $$$$$, she will never know who to trust or who to get close to, for right now, even a photo or two could probably bring someone some $$ if they sell it to the right tabloid or news media, that is why she might have to stick around her family, wonder if Lee and Mal have a spare room??

I would LOVE to see one of her current/past year "protectors" go turncoat and let us all know what is has been like living with her for the past year, I imagine it HAS NOT been easy. Look at what she apparently did to the pastor and his family, you can tell a lot from that ONE phone call that was released. I am sure there are MANY stories to tell about that raging temper, the manipulation, the stealing and pilfering, being made to lay-low and not have sex 3 times a day (well maybe she is, who are her handlers?? ) etc., etc., etc.,

IMO, MOO, etc.

BBM
Was there a call from the Pastor and his family?? :woohoo: I'vd got to find it!

just dreaming:)....and we can call WS book: 'Guilty!...with common sense'

Didn't GA lay a sidewalk of cement in his back/side yard RIGHT WHILE the search for a "live" Caylee was going on, during early July or something? I always found that odd........ what was so urgent to do that cement project right at that time???? More bizarre behavior to add to the Anthony pile of strangeness.

IMO, MOO, etc.

Sorry if this has been answered already. Just peeking in for a moment.

GA and CA had a week of vacation and they did yard work, etc. which included laying pavers for a patio. IIRC. Not cement. Pavers (brick like thingys)

I dunno NavySubMom - I'd be so worried - it was a kidnapping at that point after all - I'd be doing something physical so I wouldn't completely lose my mind. I just don't think every action of the Ants was a conspiracy...

Sorry LG, I love you and all but we disagree on this one. It was never a kidnapping. George (the ex cop) and Cindy (the nurse) knew the minute they smelled the Pontiac that Caylee (or someone else) was dead. They knew without a shadow of a doubt that someone had died and that person had been in Casey's car. They knew. It became a "kidnapping" when Casey refused to tell where Caylee was. Up to that point Cindy had hope that Caylee was still alive and that some other parents had lost their child. Cindy and George didn't give two sh@ts about those parents or that other person that had died, possibly even been killed. They only cared about covering it up to save Casey and where the hello was Caylee.

Cindy and George both knew that Casey was not in Jacksonville, at work, with a wonderful man who has a son that wanted to marry her. They knew that she once again was telling her lies. Problem was, Cindy and George both were happy for a while that Casey was not at home causing problems and stealing from them. They only cared when they got that notice that the Pontiac had been towed. Sure, they wanted Casey to come home after a couple of weeks or so but that had nothing to do with missing and loving Casey......it had to do with Cindy going through withdrawals of her fights with Casey and George missing Caylee.

These parents knew the entire time what their daughter is really like and what she is capable of. Neither were in denial about any of it. Neither was Lee. They raised her. They dealt with all of her carp over many, many years. They didn't care though. What happens in the family stays in the family and the family is the one that will hand out the punishment. Actually I should clarify that CINDY would hand out the punishment. They failed Caylee. Period. But as long as their "precious" Casey is still alive and out of prison then it was worth it to them.

MOO

Just read Peter Golenbeck's article - I am astounded by how Baez and Golenbeck can completely and utterly screw up the facts in their attempt to rewrite history.

He alludes to FCA quitting her job when Caylee is one and George and Lee move back into the home because she is afraid for Caylee. Yeah, right! IIRC, FCA NEVER went back to work after Caylee was born. They ultimately terminated her for not showing up after her leave was over.

He also conveniently leaves out the fact that FCA was using a friend of hers (another single mother - maybe Christina??) to dump Caylee on while she went to her fake job that first year. Her friend ultimately quit babysitting Caylee when she found out FCA WAS NOT working. Then she used Jesse Grund's family to dump Caylee with so she could go out to her fake job. They ultimately told her they could no longer babysit.

She did not care one iota about Caylee from the day she was born. She did everything she could do to pawn her off on someone, anyone immediately.

I always thought when you published non-fiction is meant NOT-fiction!!!

This to me is why this book and all JB's lies are so frustrating along with all the casey supporters blindly believeing it all.. there is NO LOGIC.
NOthing FITS

Oh and jesse also says in his depo about that day.. He heard caylee in the back ground when he was on the phone with casey...
and you know what.. GA had already left for work before that phone call happened... or at least before it finished.
Jesse later said (IIRC) that he was wrong about hearing Caylee on that date.

Anybody remember all the lawyers that were on the defense at one point??

We know of:

Jose Baez
Cheney Mason
Dorthy Clay-Sims
Ann Finnell
Andrea Lyon (without an S :floorlaugh:)
Linda Kenny-Baden
Tom (forgot his last name?)

I know there were more??? Help!!

I'm not saying their every action was a conspiracy, but think about it, your GRANDDAUGHTER who LIVES WITH YOU EVERY DAY is MISSING, if you REALLY believe that, for me anyway, I would NEVER be cleaning my house or paving my backyard. NEVER in a minute.

Now, if I KNEW SHE WAS DEAD and the "search" was a complete waste of time, yeah, then I might be doing those things after many many days of grief.

but otherwise, NEVER! to me if it was my granddaughter, and for me it would be the exact same to me as my child ( and I do have one of each, one child, one granddaughter who is 4 ), NEVER, if I REALLY BELIEVED SHE WAS MISSING, like in REALLY MISSING, kidnapped, dead somewhere, ill somewhere, amnesia somewhere, whatever, can you even IMAGINE THAT? I cannot. I could NOT do one thing, I don't even think I could eat, nor could I sleep without some heavy medicating. Having a missing child would be worse than having a deceased child, IMO, the NOT KNOWING, that torture, would be the worse thing I can even think of.

IMO, MOO, etc.

ETA: and I'm not saying I would be incapable of anything, laying the whole time in a ball of despair, at some point I would be doing the minimal things I needed to do to get by, my family and friends would be doing anything else that needed to be done, I myself would be CONSUMED with finding my child/grandchild.

by the way, WHERE WERE the A's friends/family? I think there were a handful, what about their family, GA's and CA's, showing public support for them when they were being disparaged. ANOTHER oddity that shows they HAD not many friends, even their extended family wasn't publicly joining in looking for Caylee, to me that shows they kept to themselves most of the time, because they had a lot to hide, they didn't want people to know their secrets, like they had a daughter who was a sociopath and what she did to them. and I know LE, etc. do NOT typically let family go on organized searches looking for their missing loved one, but putting up fliers, getting the word out in MSM, etc., I think they ALL had a good idea very early on what happened and Caylee was dead. Was ANYONE ever able to get really close to that family?

The thing I want to know, which would have probably shed alot of light to the jurors was where was she all day, everyday???? She gets up in the morning and leaves and comes back sometimes late at night. She has a cell phone bill thats atrocious and that she pulled the card out of and apparently lost. What exactly was on that phone she felt the need to get rid of? Why 2 phones? Prostitute? Drug dealer? Are these the people she exposed Caylee to? Is this where the chlroform comes in, is this where Caylee gets in the way of KC having fun and making money?

Also someone posted about the smell in the car. Apparently, Baez brought it to Dr. LEE I think his name was and he told him it could be rotten food....moron....that's what Cindy wanted to believe, she knew as a nurse what it was and so did george

I didn't used to believe this, but after much reflection, some critical thinking, reading some literature and many articles and a book on sociopaths, I COMPLETELY agree with most you have written, not all, but most. From living and dealing with FCA from childhood to 22-23 yrs. when this happened, they absolutely knew what she was capable of. I think after they smelled that car, then once they heard the "kidnapping" story, after a bit, they NEVER believed Caylee was kidnapped, they couldn't. It may have taken a little while to seep in that Caylee was really dead, but they knew very early on, in those first few days. IMO, MOO, etc.

I do think they let her steal and steal and other things because they were absolutely in FEAR of her reaction, they FEARED what she would do to Caylee, I don't think they EVER thought she would kill Caylee, there is too much that I think to explain here, but your post is very much what I now believe. My mind has changed since last summer on this. I agree with you. Living with FCA must have been horrendous, I wonder what ALL she has done over her short life to this family.

and I do think they believe what happens in the family, stays in the family. At least CA does. Now I'm not sure I believe they are happy she is free from jail and walking around, they might really be, I don't know about that they believe they will handle the punishment, I guess they could think since it was their daughter/granddaughter, maybe, but I wonder if they really want to keep worrying about her, maybe they had some peace of mind while she was in jail and enjoyed that, the not worrying, I know I would.

GA, I'm not sure what all I think about him yet.

I'm not blaming the A's for their daughter or what happened, I don't think they had a CLUE how to handle it all, it must have been a nightmare for them having her as a child. I think they have cleaned up and covered up for many many misdeeds. I actually feel sorry for them, I can't imagine having a child who is a sociopath.

I wrote right after the verdict that I thought they were are sorry she is not in jail, then they would not have to worry about her being out in society to wreak her havoc. MANY on here disagreed with me, but I still wonder about that, they HAVE to be worrying about where she will strike next.

IMO, MOO, etc.

With all the news out of Penn State and Seminole County today, I'm going in a lot of different directions.

So far today, Baez has sold 18 books here and in Canada. Hmm.. has anybody got a link to his series of book signings? You know, like when Jeff was selling his book, there was a link you could go to and meet him in person? If he ran around to all the stores that carry it, he could sell out the stock of books on hand in each store and talk to his readership. Heck, he'd be able to get anywhere between one to three books sold in each store!

Maybe, Like Jeff, he could give speeches to learned groups about the book at some local libraries. Heck, he could bring his favorite flip chart and markers and draw a diagram of his logic in the book.

OK, I'm being facetious... :skip:

LolaMoon, in reply to your suggestion, I recall in Bible class in my youth, we all had Concordances which explained what each biblical quote meant. That was back in the King James Bible days.

It could be a Concordance to Presumed Guilty. To do this, someone who has actually read the book could start from the beginning and post a summary of some information which is believed to be in error. No direct quotations, just page number (hard cover/kindle) and a summary. We could do our homework and post it. It would be crucial to start from the beginning and go in order so that the person compiling the best of the best (with links or citations due to the fact that a lot of the documents and articles are no longer on live links). I have my own personal treasure trove both online and packed in boxes in the basement. I'm sure others have resources as well.

JB's publisher, BenBella books has a list of his appearances on their website...

There is a new 5 star review that is so bad that I think we all should go and like it as helpful so their true colors stay on top as the most helpful 5 star review!
What do you guys think? It is called: "Great Job"

Macaluso, Lenamon, the young guy that got thwarted in traffic - the name escapes me... Elizabeth Frye.

I've just realized that I don't care that FCA gets off probation soon. It is such a farce anyhow, and she hides behind the supposed court protection by claiming she isn't safe blah blah, and she and Mason and Baez have a million excuses for her just lounging around. And I'm getting tired of it.

In other words, I think her probation time offers her a lot of protection that she won't have the moment her probation is over. Then it will be open season for hunting her. I don't believe she can get a passport as a felon, so she could be hiding all around the USA, but will her lawyers continue to support her and why would they? Until she reoffends of course...IMO of course...:moo:

I don't care if the felon gets off probation either. It was never a real probation anyway. The only part of it that has been as much as an inconvenience is she had to come back to Florida. She's been in more restrictive environment than if she were not on probation so actually I want her probation to end; if she's going to do something incredibly stupid that she might have to anwer for, it's more likely she will do it after probation.

The only thing I'm not looking foward to when probation ends is the "Where is Casey" crap that will start up again. No one with a life of their own cares where she is or where she goes. The "sightings" and the photos with the caption "Is this Casey Anthony?" are put out by her camp, to gauge interest in her at any given time. I am not looking foward to that particular vein of crap starting up again. But other than that, I want the felon off probation so she can go about doing whatever it is that she's gonna do, and hopefully any attempts to keep public interest in her comings and goings will be met with a big, fat, collective "Who cares?"

I didn't see anything listed for after July 9 except the July 16 People magazine, apparently there is an article, did you see anything more?

They certainly don't have his book listed on their front page, had to go in a few screens to dig, and them I went to Press information tab for what I saw? did you see any book signings, I did not, maybe I was on the wrong page there? Thanks!
