This is all so disgraceful. A bombardment of lies and obfuscations. A little dead child and no empathy or consequences. Smug liars and perjurers strutting aound wearing 'shell' necklaces. Villains posing as victims. A complicit media giving positive attention to this garbage. A depraved menace on the lam no doubt scoping out her next victim/s. Blatant evil mercenary shamelessness vs. a sweet little girl who was tossed in a swamp. She never had a chance against this mob. RIP.

I wonder why the text messages from June 16th were never released. Or were they?

All the texts that could be retrieved were released. By mid-July when LE got involved, only Amy had texts going back that far IIRC.

I do tweet and my twitter account is under a different name than I use here, but I didn't read the book, and I can't get the gist of exactly what Baez is claiming and what exactly went on regarding the AOL messenger accounts from just reading this thread. and I apologize but I don't have the energy nor desire to thoroughly research it myself.

And since I have commented to several people on twitter for tweeting rumors, things that aren't exactly factual or substantiated, tweeting things they obviously have no idea about or the complete facts, I'm hesitant to myself tweet something I don't have a clear handle on.

Therefore, I am sorry, but I don't want to get involved with this. I have tweeted Hal before, but as I said, I don't have a complete handle on what this is about so I must decline.

No problem. Baez is claiming (according to posters) that Casey didn't have an AIM account...but there's proof positive that she did.

OK, I hear ya, but I am not comfortable tweeting something as fact that I myself don't have a clear handle on or have done the research myself. I have never used an AIM account, versus an IM account or AOL messenger, and I don't understand the whole thing from briefly skimming things.

I did tweet Hal, before Strawberry actually did, about the South Park episodes because I actually watched the 2 relevant episodes myself and could see the actual connection myself and had a firm belief in it, and had the actual text from JB's book someone sent to me on that part.

ETA: to clarify, I am reading that it has to do with George's login versus FCA's login, and I am reading that people are saying GA's phone or computer records or whatever kind of records were not in evidence, so I don't even know what that all has to do with it? versus FCA's text messages or something, anyway, I'm not versed enough on it to tweet it to Hal and there end up being confusion about it. Again, sorry, I'm just too confused myself on this and don't want to take the time to read it all and figure it out.

a person on "jb" message board makes a good point. An abuser would never suggest that his victim speak to LE alone.

I just felt that the prosecution didn't want to allow the defense to steer THEIR case so they basically ignored some things. They did go through alot of trouble to prove Cindy a liar by bringing her boss in and look what good that did them.

That's correct. He did teach a course for one semester at a college in FL and supposedly used those students somehow with this case. (Probably scanning message boards.) Maybe University of FL? But I'm not positive.

There is another recent 5 star review where the reviewer calls Jeff a several times. Seems like JB's followers have his mentality.

I think 'somebody or a minion of somebody' gave us a 5th grade nasty name too - but I tossed it back where it fit better. (Amazon)
