Does Baez mention she was instant messaging with Alex that morning?

Does Baez include ANY proof ie: computer forensic reports, cell phone ping reports or any to back up ANY of his claims in the book?

Are you seriously asking that question? The computer information was something "he discovered" after the trial was over...so would this have been while he was in New York? Or when he was reforming his law firm? Or? Couldn't have been during the appeal process since Mason is handling that and says that Baez's job ended the same day as the verdict came in.

Oh of course! It popped up during the" research" for his book. And since he hadn't read the docs before the trial - he didn't know FCA had a AOL account....:banghead: :ignore:

I am having the most difficult time finishing this book. I've skipped through a LOT because it was soooooooo whiny and pompous, too.

Did anyone point out the part where Casey asks Jose to be her Godfather?

Excerpt:

Casey said to me, "I have something to tell you."

"Okay," I said, bracing myself, because I had no idea what she was
going to say.

"I've been thinking about this for a long time," she said. "I want to know if you'll do me a favor. I'd like you to be my godfather."

"Wow." I was so touched.

He goes on to say that he had to refuse the offer because it would cross the attorney-client relationship.

As in "The Godfather"? Maybe he misunderstood her and she wanted someone bumped off while she was in jail...:waitasec:

I noticed that the name of that site is Creative Loafing. Is that the best place Golenbock could find to spew this bag of refuse? It seems like he and Baez played a game of telephone. Baez told him stuff and he mis-remembered some bits and pieces.

A simple thing, like getting the facts about Casey's employment, or lack thereinof of seems to be out of his range. Let's see. Casey got pregnant, was put on desk duty, had Caylee and just never showed up again. She didn't even bother to quit.

He even says that the allegations of abuse are in the court records! Baez "alluded" to it at trial. Funny, I've read the psych depositions and nothing like this swill is in those documents. The actual reports never made it to the court records because Baez yanked his witnesses!

I could go on, but I'd make myself sick! The only sealed material was made public after the trial, and it wasn't much!

Baez has jumped off of Casey's sinking ship and has create one of his own. Look at the peeps that are hopping aboard. Looks like Golenbock didn't do his homework. I have often been told that you are known by the company that you keep. He had no idea what he was backing. Seems that he's backed himself into the corner with Baez. He fits right in making up stories unless of course these are the stories that Baez fed him while writing the book.

Casey went to New York with Jose right after she got out of jail a year ago. Remember that night when the media helicopters were trying to follow the SUV? They went to the parking garage of Mason's law firm building? It wasn't lately that Casey was in New York, it was a year ago when Jose was trying to get her an interview for money.

She was released from jail to Probation and IMO it's standard instructions not to leave the state.....

I have to say I felt a bit smug when I read that FCA had made a secret trip to New York - she soon found out that NO ONE wants to buy her story or her photos - she came home to Florida with her tail between her legs!

As a citizen of the United States of America, born and raised I am ashamed of Jose Baez. I wonder what other lawyers think of him, especially in other countries. There must be at least one lawyer, somewhere who does not think JB is the greatest. What I see is "The Emperor's New Clothes" Some one please speak up against this fool JB. If JB were my son, I've said this before, I would not be proud of the way he behaved before, during and after this trial. I'm embarrassed of our Criminal Justice system for allowing JB to defend his client the way he did. That he was allowed to attack innocent people during the trial and is still allowed to bring innocent people into what he and Casey Anthony have created is disgusting. When will some one stand up for Caylee Marie, all the other innocents?

Oh I've been reading them and scoring them because our little own "Yenta" has been leading the pack with the "nays" for weeks..:floorlaugh: Last time I looked her "review" of "this book" was the first one on page 1... :takeabow:
She is Queen of the Yentas.....:giggle: or is she JA, or is a lawyer but not a chemist, and someone very close to the SA...or. :floorlaugh:

If you look at the Baez fakes - NO one believes them -look at the numbers of readers who 'found this review helpful'- they are miniscule compared to the ones who found critical reviews helpful.... my comments show 41 out of 45 liked my review. If I look at a Baez fan club review, maybe 3 out of 40 agree with it!

If Golenbock wants to write a best seller, then he should now do the research and write a TRUTHFUL book that outs all the lies. He could earn back some respect and learn a life lesson about believing a sleazy guy like JB. I'd buy it. I'd promote it!

To find out, I initially put Larry Daniels on my witness list. I planned on him testifying to the omissions and ramming this down the state’s throat at the trial. I also hired another confidential computer expert, Josh Restivo from St. Louis, and he verified the same thing that Daniels had found.

Jose actually hints or suggest in this book that the police deleted things on the computer..
His proof of this.. or so he says.. is because there are no cookies in the computer for that day..lol..

Is that standard form...to be released to probation? The only reason I ask is that there was uncertainty as to whether or not she had to serve probation...which ultimately was the case.

They went to the the building(Bank of America Center building) where Cheney Mason's law firm is in...
That building has an attached 5 level Parking Garage....

The thing is, he said underground to BW. I recorded it and when he said that I went back to make sure that he claimed it was underground.

When she was released, there was still confusion on whether she had to serve probation and it was sent to the appeals court. She headed out of state while it was still being decided. She then was ordered by the appeals court to return and server her probation, as ordered by Judge Strickland, and confirmed by Judge Perry.

LMAO.. BBM. This is one of the most see through tricks (from the outside looking in) that Casey has in her arsenal of con weapons. Just from what we have heard from others.. Cookie was her soul sister and Amy was her BFF.. Tony was her only true love.... and Jose is her godfather. She operates by giving lavish compliments and making one think they are incredibly special to her. One of the best con games ever.. tried, true and usually successful (at least for a while)... THAT is how she gets folks to do what she wants and to let her off the hook when she screws them over. I have no doubt the church folks came in for their share of "specialness" from her. We all get taken in from that junk at first .. because each and every one of us knows we ARE special. Its beyond flattering when others recognize it as well.

And....isn't a Godfather (and Godmother) somebody who, when a child is born, you choose to aid in the SPIRITUAL upbringing of that child? Ummmm, me thinks Casey perhaps meant the "Hollywood" version of Godfather. MAKE THEM AN OFFER THEY CAN'T REFUSE (said in my best Marlon Brando whisper):floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Btw, another lie from jb during his media interviews, he told bw that they went to an underground parking garage. I guess he thought that sounded more exciting. There are no underground garages in orlando. They would be under water most of the time. The water table is usually right around 10 to 20 feet.

Ironically, there is indeed a one level underground parking garage at the Orange County Courthouse. It is only accessible by judges, law enforcement, and jail transportation.

It is the same parking garage Casey Anthony was transported through each time she came to court.

The Bank of America parking lot is above ground, but built into the building.
