This is a wonderful idea. It seems so much more practical than trying to write a book to challenge his published fantasies. It would be free, available to all, an anonymous compilation of linked facts that disprove all of his false allegations. It could be linked, linked and relinked under the comments section of any online site that mentions his book.

I'm sure it would be picked up quickly by the media as a "first of its kind" and example of the public outcry against Baez's egocentric, self aggrandizing book.

I guess for me it's a great idea BUT and this is a big but - how do we keep out the foul mouthed trouble makers, the trolls who love to cause trouble like we see on the reviews at Amazon, and the pro-FCA sad souls who insist on posting lies and more lies?

I think several issues were in the mix.

I don't believe the accidental pool drowning story, but Cindy wants us to because of her lies and the Caylee on the ladder and at the door photos.

I don't think it took Casey very long to blame Cindy in the "accidental drowning" story when it came around. All Casey had to do was ask Cindy if she was sure she put the ladder away. All Casey had to do was make Cindy think that she, Cindy, was the reason Caylee was dead. To raise that reasonable doubt in Cindy's mind. Then it's not Casey who outright killed Caylee, but Cindy who screwed up.

I don't see CA during those early days the same as many of you do - I think she had her own specialty style of denial and wishful fantasy life that she used in dealing with FCA before the murder, and after the murder she convinced herself, at least in the early days that the daughter she wanted to be the ideal daughter couldn't have murdered Caylee "in cold blood". She needed to believe it was an accident for her own sanity - she just didn't realize it was not her own sanity but her own kind of madness.

Cindy lived a life of denial most of her married life - she did her very best to look like she had the perfect happy family. I wonder why we are shocked when she just retrenched and kept up this denial/fantasy after Caylee's murder.

Okay going fftobed: now to avoid the inevitable :thewhip: and :burn: and :trout: that comes my way when I make this kind of a suggestion... :couch:

Bah! I don't care how mad Cindy was at FCA - IMO there was no way Cindy left the Ladder up. She was always in overdo mode when it came to Caylee.

Agree. I think subconsciously, CA knew for years that KC was a bad seed. Overdoing with Caylee and rearing the "perfect" grandchild would be her redemption, if to no one but herself, that KC was not CA's doing.

But I think that's buried very, very deep.

ok.. here is to me an excellent example of the laziness and rudeness, and stupidity of alot of the 5 star peeps ..
I have been posting on some of the reviews.. one of which is new's junkies.. there is a poster there goes by name lily. who is annoying and not the sharpest tack on the cork board..
s so i was posting to news junkie and said about the lies in book..so this lily person is like what lies.. susan.. what lies hun.. what lies..


so i told her to go take a look at my review if she want to see.. as i was not gonna type them all out for her..

Yes I am in Canada & it certainly wasn't me or anyone I know that bought his trash. I would post on amazon if I could, but I have never bought from them.

I really do understand where you're coming from. Maybe the Anthony family is like a rubix cube to us.

In ways at the first I felt sorry for Cindy. She was the only one working to support them all. She was getting tired. Tired of George and Casey. I think she had to hold on to the hope of Caylee being taken and alive somewhere because the only other option was that Casey had out and out killed Caylee to hurt her. Do you think it's easier for Cindy to accept the blame for leaving the ladder up and Caylee drowning lie or Cindy thinking she pushed Casey into killing Caylee? I also think Cindy was hyper-vigilant about the pool ladder but in Casey's latest lie Casey is again just a victim because some one left the ladder up and the last person with the ladder was Cindy.

Shirley Pease saying Casey hated Cindy more than she love Caylee gives us a big clue

We keep trying to understand this sick relationship that Cindy and Casey have and how it caused Caylee's death. So we run different could of's and maybe's and each time someone will go back and start reading the documents again to see what click into place. I think each time the lies becomes more clear and stands out, The biggest motivator for many of us to go looking has been Jose and his book of lies.

reading through early emails from Cindy to her brother. Wow. Just wow.

It is fascinating to me to go back in time to see what was being done then vs. what we know now. It is very telling to me about the POSSIBILITY of a drowning back then. Rick P - Cindy’s brother laid out the entire scenario for Cindy. All that had to be added to that mix was GA’s ALLEGED molestation and participation in the drowning/disposal of the body to give that P12Pinhead jury an out.

Sickening. More so now, than then.

NOW I see where Baez got the whole defence. It's all there. That piece of slime went back to the beginning & made this defence.
I found it interesting that Rick starts out saying it was an accident, that KC wouldn't hurt Caylee & CA very next email, she is screaming KC is not a murderer. Rick never once mentioned that at first.
After that Rick calls KC a sociopath & feels KC has done something to hurt Caylee. He is not stupid, he knew all along it was a murder.
He lets it all hang out after he gets angry about how he really feels about a mother who lies, parties, gets a tatoo while her baby is missing.

About the "drowning", Cindy was on that since the beginning, telling LE about the pool ladder very early, planting the seed. Then there was the jailhouse visit when she told FCA people were saying the baby drowned in the pool. "Surprise, surprise." Yeah, that video.

The whole "accidental drowning" theory doesn't work for me, nor does any other accident. Why sit happily in jail for three years and face death penalty charges without trying to claim the "truth"? Wouldn't someone facing death come forward long before that saying, "but it was an accident"? We never heard that from FCA. Not at all. There's also any accident scenario where people would come forward in the beginning, claiming it was an accident. An accidental drowning would have shown as much in autopsy. There would have been no inconsistent bruising, etc.

Accidental drowning doesn't make sense at all, even when the family is totally loony and off their rockers, and far more gone than the As ever were, IYKWIM. The As don't fit that description. We know they think clearly enough to know wrong was committed, who did it, and knew blame had to be diverted.

Just for the record, I thought in the beginning and continue to do so today, that Caylee's death was an act of revenge against Cindy. Nothing more, nothing less. Pure evil. That's why FCA was so willing to cozy up in jail/prison permanently where she was protected. If the rumors are true that CA and FCA have kissed and made up, well, it just shows the length CA will go to in appeasing FCA. Mind-boggling!

I brought that up -up thread - except wasn't the argument about money and the grandparents stolen money in particular? Are we sure they were even "speaking" when CA left for work?
I just can't imagine that FCA would be calling CA to ask her to babysit after that kind of a row...

I thought she needed a sitter too,...until this foolproof suffication came up.
If this search proves true then Caylee died before that call was made to CA.
She searched it while on the phone with Amy & their call time was 1:50 - 2:20. KC had a half hour break from the pc & phone after that call.
After her break she was on the phone to Jesse telling him she just HAD TO get out of that house. Also note she said I, not we.
The calls to CA didn't start till after 4. Another wise member said KC was in a frantic calling CA to make sure she wasn't on her way home.
That certainly makes alot of sense.
