I found her name. Maria K, she's the one where Caylee answered the door by herself at Tony's apartment. Caylee was also out on the balcony while Casey and Tony were in the bedroom and Maria helped Caylee put on her socks and shoes.

Genius - thank you! Typical of me - isn't it an "M" word? Duh....

If you are talking to me - I was replying to Whisperer - I just assumed you were being sarcastic...:blowkiss:

Nooooo...I wasn't talking to anyone in particular, just making a general statement in case I was misunderstood when I asked where I could see the photographic "proof." I do not want anyone thinking I've entertained even for a minute the possibility of a drowning.

Re-reading the depos again with the doctors.

Page 56 line 1 & 2: When asked about the felon's medical history, specifically head injuries or LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS her reply is negative. Gee, so much for all those "seizures", then, eh?

Same page, line 13: Have you ever had blackouts while drinking- felon says NO. There goes her fairytale of being blacked out and "raped" at a party by some random dude, oops, I mean George, oops I mean Jesse, oops I mean bachelor #3, Jim!

Page 61, line 2: The felon doesn't EVEN register on the scale for having PTSD, according to the Dr! She's not on the regular chart, and she's not even on the specialty SUB-CHART for people who have experienced trauma but are attempting to be defensive (in other words: stiff upper lip) about it! Bozo talking out his arse AGAIN on claims of the felon having PTSD for all the years of "abuse" she suffered at the hands of her father & brother!

Lots of talk from the doctor about how pleasant & upbeat the felon is, while rotting away in jail. He says many times how puzzling this is to him. Well I have an answer for that- it reminds me of something I read once- I believe it was said by a minister or a clergy member who works with prison inmates and counsels them before their death sentence. To sum it up, the only prisoners who sleep soundly at night in jail are the guilty ones. Anyone who is innocent doesn't rest one second in jail, they are so consumed by proving their innocence, they rail and thrash about in their beds at night, they can't eat properly or concentrate.

They don't exactly sit around all day, reading magazines, and go over a shopping list of what goodies they can order from the commissary this week, squealing with glee over the availability of Cheetos and licorice.

You know im doing the same thing.. and for some reason i guess i never read these.. It must have been nutz at work then or sumthing..

i found Dr. D;s interesting.. especially the part when she slept till 9 am...
she must have been sleep chatting. on the old AOL that morning lol

Now the other doctor.. Hes NUTZ... he sounds like the supporters on amazon site lol. Its like he doesnt even see that what he is saying does not make sence.

Not all doctors make sense. Remember Albow?

Oops...It's Ablow. (Which when you think about it, is more fitting.)

IM Trying to remember all that went on around the time of those depo's.....
when jose wants the depo canceled on the second day with dr. d.....
Its like hes in panic mode..

It was because if he was going to interview them for depos, it meant Jeff Ashton had to be allowed to. Baez very quickly withdrew them....:floorlaugh:

Okay, now I am back from my walk - and I'm going to :countsheep: I have been hogging the posting waaay too much tonight! :blushing:

:lurk:

Is everyone ok in here?

(ETA: nothing like a mod asking a question like that to clear out a thread...)

............ :silly: Errrmmm - I was only 3 when it hit the top ten....the reruns that is...:blushing: .......:floorlaugh:

Because I mentioned this, does this mean I need to change my name to LogicalOldBroad? It doesn't have the same ring....:waitasec:

Oh no not at all. For some reason I took you to be a lot younger than me and for whatever reason it thew me. Rubberball was #6 in 1960. I was nine years old. It was more my older sisters music. The Beatles hadn't got here yet.

Page 71, lines 12-23: The doctor's notes state that she actually accuses Lee of doing "everything to the tenth degree" to her, at the age of 8. (every variety of sexual abuse you can imagine.) She also tells the doctor about GA, but how did they just end up focused on him, and not Lee as much? According to this depo, it reads like Lee was worse.

It is also very telling to re-read just how terribly conflicted and ethically troubled the doctor was about having to say all of this, knowing it would get out there in the media, when in his professional opinion, he doubts it ever happened. The man is in ethical AGONY. He says he hasn't been able to sleep, has lost weight himself thinking over this incredible burden- having to share this fantasy garbage with everyone.

It is very, very powerful to read.
I think the "FAMILY" ultimately decided not to offer up Lee as the sacrifcial lamb. I think the prosecution was duped big time by the Anthonys. Why the 3 years in jail? The defense needed the time to set everything in motion. The jail house letters...a plant, if you ask me. RC...another set up. I have never been more convinced that the As performance was scripted to a T. I hate thinking this way...but I believe they conspired to free Casey from Day 31.

What was the name of Tony L's room-mates girlfriend? The one that was worried about Caylee being on the balcony by herself while Tony and Casey were in the bedroom? She testified at the trial about her feelings of Casey's "parenting".

On Amazon there is the kat that claims everyone spoke at trial about what a great mother Casey was. And yet there was at least one witness that did not.

Maria Kissh

Someone mentioned her name a few days ago - I think either okiedokie or Intermezzo - the one who said FCA shut Caylee out on the balcony when she was in the bedroom with Tony and wouldn't help her put her shoes on. Darn, was it Cathy? I can't remember...:waitasec:

It was me. Maria said Caylee opened the door when she came over, I guess the first time she was there. Casey told her the four hundred bucks a week, but worth it crap. Maria said she even though not a mother didn't feel right for Caylee to be out there alone. Casey stayed in Tony's bedroom.

Maria said Casey was there everyday and that surprised her, thinking a nine to five job and all then the work from home story.

I wish someone from the funeral home would read the book. Those simpletons (not f.h.) cant accept even now when its over IT WASNT NECESSARY TO OPEN HER SKULL !! Turn it upside down and LOOK!!!! silt came out easily and had been through forensics. What a bunch of LOONEY TUNES!!:banghead: :what:

I wish someone from the funeral home would have used the Walmart saw and opened up Baez's head and had a look inside. Then they could properly prove the answer to the question we are ALL wondering about...

Actually, opening up his head would confirm it's more like the Wizard of Oz-

One of them is missing a BRAIN
One of them is missing a HEART
One of them is missing COURAGE
And Dorothy just needs to be sent HOME!

Good early morning, everyone. I, as usual, fell asleep way before the action started last night. DH is the designated Amazon person in the family, so I can't post on there. In fact, I've settled for reading here to keep informed.

This thread has made me chuckle, chortle, and outright :silly: at times. We all wanted justice for Caylee and this is what it's come down to, watching the Kharma happen. In a way, this thread has also made me incredibly sad.

When Cindy decided not to bury Caylee, but to have her tiny bones cremated, she stated that she didn't want anyone to know where her remains were so the grave would not be vandalized.

The fact is, had Caylee been respectfully buried, we all know that her little grave would have been perpetually covered with flowers, balloons, and stuffed animals with respectful messages on view.

Instead, her remains are somewhere in the Anthony possession, perhaps in that stuffed teddy bear seen at the non-memorial service. I know we found such stuffed animals in the urn category at the time. Tiny bits and pieces now reside around the necks of George, Cindy, and Casey. Lee has that bracelet. I clearly recall George, in his "eulogy" to Casey saying he was wearing a special piece of jewelry around his neck that he had just received.

Kudos to all of you who continue to interact with all the trolls involved in the Baez Book Blitz of idiotic reviews. You are doing an incredible job of debunking the torrid tome. All it is is a peek into Baez mind, which is a very frightening place to go.

Perhaps it is time for all of those who are doing that fantastic job to also add more compassion for the true victim. How will the debunkers respond?

JMHO

Now I'm going through part 2 of Dazinger's depo. The first lie is already on practically the first question he is asked that day- page 131, line 25: BOTH parents of the felon confirm she fully graduated high school.

Maybe she wrapped herself in a sheet and paraded around the house with a pizza box on her head and convinced them?

Page 135, line 5: BOTH parents confirm no medical issues with the felon- she's never had a head injury or suffered with loss of consciousness. WHOOPS! Who needs the duct tape over their mouths now?

CA reports the seizure in 2008 when the felon was home on bond. It peed its pants, bit its tongue and was "confused" for about 40 minutes afterward, which is pretty much how I felt after watching each day of the trial, so no sympathy from me, there!

Page 137, lines 13-14: CA goes out of her way to say there was never any defiant behaviour by the felon, never any screaming matches, and certainly no domestic violence. Somebody is already beginning to cover her arse over the screaming match that happened June 16th that ended in her choking the felon for stealing cheques belonging to grandma. Too bad she didn't finish the job right there and then.
