Re-reading the depos again with the doctors.
Page 56 line 1 & 2: When asked about the felon's medical history, specifically head injuries or LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS her reply is negative. Gee, so much for all those "seizures", then, eh?
Same page, line 13: Have you ever had blackouts while drinking- felon says NO. There goes her fairytale of being blacked out and "raped" at a party by some random dude, oops, I mean George, oops I mean Jesse, oops I mean bachelor #3, Jim!
Page 61, line 2: The felon doesn't EVEN register on the scale for having PTSD, according to the Dr! She's not on the regular chart, and she's not even on the specialty SUB-CHART for people who have experienced trauma but are attempting to be defensive (in other words: stiff upper lip) about it! Bozo talking out his arse AGAIN on claims of the felon having PTSD for all the years of "abuse" she suffered at the hands of her father & brother!
Lots of talk from the doctor about how pleasant & upbeat the felon is, while rotting away in jail. He says many times how puzzling this is to him. Well I have an answer for that- it reminds me of something I read once- I believe it was said by a minister or a clergy member who works with prison inmates and counsels them before their death sentence. To sum it up, the only prisoners who sleep soundly at night in jail are the guilty ones. Anyone who is innocent doesn't rest one second in jail, they are so consumed by proving their innocence, they rail and thrash about in their beds at night, they can't eat properly or concentrate.
They don't exactly sit around all day, reading magazines, and go over a shopping list of what goodies they can order from the commissary this week, squealing with glee over the availability of Cheetos and licorice.
