Only thing I have seen almost attempt to come close (out of their mouths) is the mistake about the # of times chloroform was searched. Course, they think the mistake was an intentional lie and huge conspiracy to lie to fry the felon.

----------------------> THE IRONY is JB says in the book, that KC did do the search not cindy. So the 'coverup' they accuse the state of, was -IS a proven cover-up by them!

they also jumped on the pont that melich stated he believed they had all the phone records for kronk.. but came back the next day and told the court he misspoke..... that is the only other hing..
plus they all think that perry made up rule just to twart them..

Judge Perry helped the defense more than he should have IMO. He had to constantly teach Jose on what he should be doing. Don't even get me started on the whole jury members who should have never been on a death penalty case jury to begin with. Judge Perry tried so hard to make sure that there were no appeal issues for in the future that he forgot to see what was really going on in the "here and now".

MOO

Don't forget the jail guy that wrote the letter to the judge trying to free her. Didn't she already show him her "Virginia?". Lolol!!

Awww - Baez managed to struggle his tome up to 576 for a few minutes and now it's crashed back down to #606....everyday the high's are lower and the low's are lower.

Is anyone giving me a #700 within the next 24 hours?? :woohoo: :woohoo:
This book is such a bomb it isn't really even fun to watch....mmmmm - sure it is! :floorlaugh:

Well Rielle only sold 6000 total before BenBella cut off all promo for her book. Jose doesn't yet have 1/3 of that. Did BenBella spend up all their money buying Rielle's book and now they can't boost Mr Bye-AZZ sales more? Now that would be IORNIC...

That letter was a pain to try to read and decipher. I know when I finished it I had a massive headache, and it wasn't just from laughing my arse off either.

That IMO was not an attempt to deceive; it was an honest mistake. LDB notified the court immediately upon it being brought to their attention...unlike Baez who knew Cindy would lie under oath about being the one who searched for chloroform.

Not only did Cindy lie to the court, Baez knew in advance that she would to lie to the court.

That family of charlatans really bamboozled the prosecution, IMO. I remember the look on LDB face as Cindy began to perjure herself. I was half hoping LDB would approach the witness and slap her across the face!!

If jose really thought she was abused, he would have let any and all doctors to examine her just to prove it. What kind of person thinks that his client had been molested for years but keeps professional help away from her? He doesn't believe it for one second. I believe his exact words were. I wasn't there so I can't say weather she was or not.

and...critically....put her on the stand. after all if she were telling the truth about the abuse and the drowning, it could only convince the jury rather more. eh? didnt JB say that putting her on the stand could only hurt her?

...yes, if she really was guilty of the crimes she was charged with....

You know, that whole "the judge must avoid appeal issues" really bothers me. During a trial the emphasis should be placed more on what is going on at that time, and less on what might happen at a later date. Of course there are issues that absolutely must be considered as potentially having a detrimental affect later on, but judges need to be careful not to give concern for appeal more weight than necessary.

The defense in any trial already has a huge edge because they can lie and deceive and fabricate. The prosecution is not allowed to do any of that. On top of that, the defense can appeal if the verdict does not go their way; the prosecution does not have appeal rights. If the judge puts too much emphasis during trial on avoiding appeals at any cost, the defense can end up with even more leeway.

I am all for a person's the right to a fair trial but shouldn't justice being served trump the possibility of an appeal being filed? Justice denied is fair...how?

Mine is also set like that..must be the default because i didnt set it like that. Am also trying to vote helpful to keep the 5 s down where they belong. They have raised the rating to 2.6.

If all these folks really are 'buyng' the book and giving 5 star reviews- how come his sales numbers keep going down ?

Go back and look again, I know it was a mistake. I was answering what the 5 stars are trying to push as "lies."

And how does bashing Jose Baez, a man who did his job, relate to the victim? Is it his fault there is a victim?

What part of Victim's Forum do you not understand?

Because, IMO! he is still participating in the victimization of a murder victim. CAYLEE?

If you worked for a company and made them lots of money, but you did it by lying and victimizing other people and costing tax payers thousands of dollars, are you really just doing your job? There is alway a right way and a wrong way to accomplish most anything.

Just doing your job does not include trying to implicate innocent people over the course of three years.

Is putting CA on the stand to lie about chloroform searches when he knew and even put it in his book, that KC did them - is that his job???? Perhaps, if at all costs to 'do his job' had been modified to 'did his job with ethics' then the victim - who has a name, CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY; would at least be able to rest in peace knowing that a fair trial was had for her murder/(drowning (not!)).

Lies are how he continues to make her a victim. Each lie, she is murdered all over again. IMHO, etc......
