WKMG-Channel 6 will offer what it is billing as a major story in the Casey Anthony saga.
The report, from Tony Pipitone, won’t air until 11 p.m. Tuesday. But WKMG will start promoting the report at 11 p.m. Monday.

“This is one of the biggest Tony Pipitone investigations we’ve had,” WKMG news director Steve Hyvonen said. “Tony uncovers evidence that could have changed the jury’s mind — evidence that points right at Casey. But it was never presented in court because the prosecution didn’t know about it. Tony is still working on putting the story together, and it will air Tuesday night at 11.”

A promotional spot for the report shows a shaken Jose Baez, who represented Anthony, saying, “I don’t understand how no one ever knew about this evidence.”

Didn't I see somewhere that JB supposedly said in his book that his computer people found evidence that someone researched "foolproof suffocation" THE DAY Caylee disappeared? And he somehow said GA did it. I thought, well if that is on there that proves to me that FCA committed premeditated murder. I wonder it that's what this is about. Isn't Tony Pippitone a member here?

I don't know. You know how they hype things up. But JB supposedly said that about the computer. Why he would say shakily he doesn't know why evidence wasn't discovered is beyond me. Probably editing. Whatever it is he probably covered it up himself.

You are probably right. I started to tell my husband this and decided to wait. Mr Red ( bless his heart) is of the opinion that Ashton screwed up the prosecution.

Editing sucks.

Ir wouldn't have mattered, The Pinellas twelve didn't need any more evidence . They never would have wanted to stay through the rest of the trial. Vacations ya know.. They got what they wanted. There was more than enough evidence.

I am trying to wait very calmly with my hands neatly folded and not be too anxious as to what in the world this could be and what it would mean to confirm her guilt to all who have believed it all along. My heart is beating like crazy though. Karma is cranking up her train.

I see this as a total game by the defense. Certainly the " death threats" and all have died down regarding Casey, and her trials are looming. What better than to put her in the news again, and stir up the masses, to protect "the innocent one". I call BS.

Anyone familiar with the TV station, WKMG? They show live news at 6. I wonder if they will also show live news at 11 so we can watch. I'll try to remember to look at 11:00 to see if they broadcast it.

Beach I remember TP joined here. Im thinking he might have gleaned some stuff here with cell phone pings or something?? I feel like a kid at Christmas! Even tho she can't be retried at least hopefully GA will be vindicated and Caylee have some measure of justice in this evidence.
