I just posted that EXTRA has it up now. But I don't know how long it's been there.

Makes one wish that Caylee's biological father could be found so that he could file a civil suit. Am I correct that he would be the only one who could do so?
Too late, if I'm not mistaken.
Well, actually, in a roundabout way, they did discuss the book. Without Baez's book, we would not have been aware of this little ' fool-proof suffication' tidbit.
Casey has her lawyer to thank for this new evidence against her. LOL
Where is the anti-Casey website quote coming from?
BBM
Yes.
And, iirc, early on in the case both sides signed an agreement to disclose evidence.
LDB is a straight forward, no nonsense, brilliant Prosecutor and she delivered all the discovery she had to Baez.
For Baez to think that LDB would pull a Trial by Ambush is, in his own words, ridiculous...the lawyer in that court room that would attempt that is Baez. And did he not try to do that with expert Jose Rodrigues? or was it Eikelbloom
I believe that if LDB had the computer search info on suffocation she would have used it in a Plea Bargain.
What are your thoughts on that AZ?
Information is spreading. Extra has picked up the story! :great:
In the end, it was <modsnip> who brought the evidence to light after reading about it in Baezs book. With the help of <modsnip>, a fellow member of an online Websleuth community, they requested the data and were able to extract the evidence. Once they found the searches, they turned their findings over to Local 6.

Baez.
Jose was still not required to disclose incriminating evidence to the prosecution, even after "opting in" to the disclosure rules. It just doesn't work that way for the defense.
A plea bargain requires both sides to agree, so I have no idea if this evidence would have helped in that regard.
I wonder if this new evidence will be used in the Lifetime movie ???
Jeers to the Business Insider.
While the defense blames Anthony's father for the search, this timeline based on a WKMG investigation suggests it was actually Anthony. The news station does not indicate indicate how it obtained the information for the timeline:

AZlawyer posted this is the other thread, it's closed now, so I can't quote it over there.
What did Baez post on FB that was untrue?
"Oh, I almost forgot my message to Jose.
Jose, I'll send you a fax about this tomorrow, but (1) I am not a blogger, and (2) I am, indeed, admitted to some courts of law (AZ state courts, AZ federal courts, 9th Circuit federal court of appeal, and the US Supreme Court). As a professional courtesy, I will give you until close of business tomorrow (Orlando time) to publicly retract the untrue statements you made about me on your Facebook page.
And yes, I got the screenshot".
TIA.
btw great work AZ!
EDIT....Never mind I read the post AZ made later.
Please ignore.

Was is incriminating to Casey if it pointed to George if we go by Baez's (wrong) time of 1:50pm?
I believe Baez knew it was Casey, had to do damage control and had it fit into his George did it scenario.
I'm not suggesting an opinion is a conclusion - especially in todays news where opinions/news is directly slanted to which media outlet you are reading. That would be a dangerous thing. So yes, I agree with what you are saying. I just said it more strongly because i do think we could have have some thinkers on the jury rather than what we got.
There would need to be a civil suit filed and IIRC, there's a limit of time for which that can be done.
AZLawyer, only Caylee's family can file it, I assume? And in that case, it's not going to happen. :tears:

Yeah, I saw it on Extra when I looked it up on Google News. CBS has picked it up now too. But nothing from ABC, FOX, CNN, NBC, Huff Post, The Associated Press, The Daily Beast, People, Yahoo, other local media across US, etc. They can be slow, and I would be shocked if all them don't have an article about it in the next few days.
Defense attorneys play a role injury selection. They zoom in on who they believe are morons wrapped in idiot. This was the only way this baby killer was going to get off. This may be a grasping at straws. Can someone go after her for human rights violation? I think theres a 7 year time limit.

O/T And just for the sake of point this out because Baez makes derogatory remarks that George can't spell, Maybe Casey can't TYPE properly.
I remember back in the day when we had to learn how to Type on manual or electric typewriters and the drills we had to do...and no looking down at the keys!!
If GA grew some, I think he could sue her. But, I have no hope of that happening.:banghead:
We didn't have the information until August, after we heard what Jose was saying in his book and made a public records request for the full internet history.
No. As I mentioned above, I don't think there is anyone who can sue her for wrongful death, but even if there were, she couldn't go to jail as a result of a civil suit.
