LG, I did the same thing--lurked for a long time, reading, learning and in total awe of the brilliant minds at work here on WS. My first post was for Haleigh Cummings, and I finally took that plunge because I was just so angry that another little Florida girl was gone and the people that were supposed to care the most, to protect her at all costs, had failed her so miserably and then had the gall to whine about how they were being scrutinized.

Someone posted here earlier that something is wrong with the Universe. I have to agree. And it cannot continue like this. Things have gone radically wrong that have to eventually be righted. Somehow.

Too many people no longer have a moral background. The sense of caring for anything outside of themselves just doesn't seem to matter anymore - let alone a sense of family, community, country.....It is really sad and I don't know what the answer is.

You might remember that last year we had a riot in our city after the loss in a big hockey game - or was it a football game - anyhow - the news cameras were in the downtown core and I watched young people spitting on the police. Spitting!! They were just standing in a row, not doing anything. I could not believe such disrespect. I don't know - I just don't know how this happened.

Sorry, I know you have been having trouble with link. Like I said, I find that strange that it works for some and not others. I am sure someone will upload it to YouTube.

I don't like the way Pippitone is presenting this at all. Why doesn't he ask <modsnip> about the facts and since he knew about the search, why did he try to blame someone else? I wish he would focus more on the new evidence pointing to KC instead of blunders by the only one's supporting Caylee. I'm sorry, but to me it seems like this is just turning into a Prosector and LE bashing instead of highlighting the main point which is Casey premeditated the murder of her precious daughter.

Not only that, but Casey supposedly didn't want her creamated. (not that I care what Casey wanted) Of course, that could have been another lie, but she had Baez announce to the world that it wasn't what she wanted. Made me wonder if that was why Cindy did it.

That very well could have been the reason.

I think this computer search evidence being "missed" is just another form of luck-ala-Casey.

One of the first noticeable lucky breaks Casey got was the storm (Fay?) that caused flooding of the area where she had dumped Caylee. Another was one of Casey's longtime friends saying in no uncertain terms that that area on Suburban should be searched, and it didn't happen. Another would be when Kronk's calls that should have led to some intense searching of the area, didn't. And then, the seating of a jury that did not have a clue what their job was, and did not have the common sense to ASK about what they did not understand. Those are a few examples that really stand out to me; no doubt there are more.

I am concerned about the appeal and the civil cases, given the SHEER LUCK this offender has had so far. Will it continue?

Based on the comments so far i cant make myself watch the report tonight. Sounds like TP is going in the direction of just making the SA look bad...and not looking at it as proving FCA's premeditation to coldly murder . So..yet another thing that falls in place for the felon and <modsnip>?.
