The twitter person, ChelleS4Caylee, says that her "current" boyfriend is named Matt, and Matt is the boy in the photo which is from "2008".
So, this guy is both current and from 2008.

Bah... Here we go again, Jose, with the speculation bs. Every time I hear this I'm insulted. Defense attorneys across the board love to cry speculation, media mind control, etc... One more time, we-don't-need-to speculate-because-all-the-evidence-is-available-for-us-to-read-and-draw-our-own-conclusions,-based-on-fact:banghead:... Geesh!

I guess when you have a client that's guilty as he!!, with no redeeming qualities whatsoever, then all you got is, "stop speculating, she's really cool!" And if there's a lot more to fca than what we know about, please, please keep it to yourself. I've seen all I need to know about that girl, and I'm quite certain anything else you've got will just make me hate her more!

And we're not fascinated with fca, we're heartbroken for Caylee... Perhaps JB should take his own advice and not speculate about the way we feel! The only reason so many have stayed involved with fca is to make noise, and do their best to prevent her from getting her grubby hands on the money she so desperately wants, and probably feels entitled to. If JB wants to call it fascination that's fine, as long as she stays isolated, broke, and looking over her shoulder everyday, for the rest of her life... Other than that, it's all about Caylee.

Evidence

Four hundred pieces of evidence were presented. A strand of hair was recovered from the trunk of Casey's car which was microscopically similar to hair taken from Caylee Anthony's hairbrush. The strand showed "root-banding," in which hair roots form a dark band after death, which was consistent with hair from a dead body

The discoverer of the remains repeated the same basic story that he had told police. On Friday, October 24, 2008, a forensic report by Dr. Arpad Vass of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory judged that results from an air sampling procedure (called LIBS) performed in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car showed chemical compounds "consistent with a decompositional event" based on the presence of five key chemical compounds out of over 400 possible chemical compounds that Dr. Vass' research group considers typical of decomposition. Investigators stated that the trunk smelled strongly of human decomposition,but human decomposition was not specified on the laboratory scale. The process has not been affirmed by a Daubert Test in the courts. Dr. Vass' group also stated there was chloroform in the car trunk

In October 2009, officials released 700 pages of documents related to the Anthony investigation, including records of Google searches of the terms "neck breaking" and "how to make chloroform" on a computer accessible to Casey Anthony, presented by the prosecutors as evidence of a crime.

According to detectives, crime-scene evidence included residue of a heart-shaped sticker found on duct tape over the mouth of Caylee's skull.However, the laboratory was not able to capture a heart-shape photographically after some duct tape was subjected to dye testing. A blanket found at the crime scene matched Caylee's bedding at her grandparents' home.

She had bi polar type of mood swings..she was'nt violent but could swear like a freaking freak...sometimes her moods would be really scary and intense

I was reading a recap of news this morning that Jon Gosselin was hit with a massive tax lien of $39,000 for 2009 taxes earlier this month.
Since FCA was hit with a $68,520.41 back in May of 2011 for 2008 taxes, I wonder who the IRS would actually go after first?

Just noticed something in the FCA article. We may have already discussed this back when JB took Strickland behind closed doors to talk about the $200,000 picture money. JB said he received legal advice before this deal was made and he took the payment. If a special account had been set up by JB and/or his financial attorney so the money wouldn't go directly to FCA, the tax lien would have been declared void and new paperwork to that effect would have been filed in the court. Right?

If ABC paid Casey Anthony directly, she could owe taxes on that payment.

I realize that, but I was questioning the way I read the OS statement that sounds like it was a question of how the money was paid and to whom.

Now that I re-read this, I guess when ABC reported this amount to the IRS, they told them who they made the check out to when they made out the 1099 or whatever. Could a check made out to a person be deposited directly into a trust or secret account so that it would not legally go to the recipient, thereby avoiding any tax issues?

She is a troll who is obsessed with FCA..she mostly trolls FB and Twitter..one day she is a "Caylee Warrior" and the next a Casey Supporter. She claims to have 1st hand knowledge of FCA, has even stated has had lunch with her and was a witness for Baez during the search for Caylee. I have not seen her in a while since the whole "leaked" video's of FCA in January 2012, she went on a troll rampage during that time..but seems she is up to her tricks again. I would provide links, but she is just not worth it. Just google "michelle dawn smith" Casey Anthony.. I am sure many things will pop up. :giggle: It would be sad if it was not so comical.

Here's another refresher for anyone wanting to get up to speed on how the discovery of little Caylee happened


On August 11, 12, and 13, 2008, meter reader Roy Kronk called police about a suspicious object found in a forested area near the Anthony residence.[33] In the first instance, he was directed by the sheriff's office to call the tip line, which he did, receiving no return call.

On the second instance, he again called the sheriff's office, eventually was met by two police officers and reported to them that he had seen what appeared to be a skull near a gray bag. On that occasion, the officer conducted a short search and stated he did not see anything. On December 11, 2008, Kronk again called the police.

They searched and found the remains of a child in a trash bag Investigative teams recovered duct tape which was hanging from Caylee's hair and some tissue left on her skull.

Over the next four days, more bones were found in the wooded area near the spot where the remains initially had been discovered. On December 19, 2008, medical examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia confirmed that the remains found were those of Caylee Anthony. The death was ruled a homicide and the cause of death listed as undetermined.
