Koenig served as an FBI agent from 1970 through 1974, when he was promoted to the FBI’s audio-video forensic laboratory. By the end of his career, Koenig was the senior audio analyst for the FBI.
BBM: So, by the end of his super-long 4 year career as an agent, he was really good at hearing things?

As part of his work, however, he also peer reviewed the findings of the lab’s senior video analyst, and occasionally the two of them would work together on projects since video and audio were often on the same recording.
BBM: My bad. So, he was also sometimes sort of involved in watching videos once in a while, because, like, they can have sound.

According to Koenig, his expertise included video and audio forensic investigation.
Seems legit. I guess we should take his word for it.

Sorry (not sorry) for the sarcasm. I didn't get to see the video, but hope to have time to watch it soon. Did this Koenig guy really come across this way or is it due to MHN's reporting that I want to track him down and laugh in his face?

Wonder if he wears contacts.
Not sure. I've never seen a pic of him in glasses, other than sunglasses. I just zoomed in on his mugshot and can't tell, one way or the other.

Yeah, maybe just rubbing his tired eyes. Those two have to be exhausted.

“We need new solicitors and Horry County Police Department cause all they do is lie on people,” Tammy Moorer voiced leaving the court house after Monday’s pretrial hearing. “Horry County’s in big trouble. It could be you next, honey.”
News13’s Luke Lalaond, walking alongside the Moorers, asked their thoughts on the testimony of Fredericks being allowed in Sidney’s trial.
“I really don’t care, stated Tammy Moorer. “I know where my car was and if they hadn’t hidden the black box you would too.”
“They know where it was, too,” added Sidney Moorer. “I feel like I’m being set up.”
Tammy Moorer went on to reference “pages” where children are the topic of conversation in violent situations.

And more....... Check out the link

And all I have to say after reading it THREE TIMES, is "huh?"

Where is her proper FB English? And is she saying that she doesn't care if they see Sidney's truck, as long as they didn't see her car? LMAO!
Black box? Violated children? etc?

She is sounding crazier than ever. Hope the judge noticed she was the only one that didnt rise when he came into courtroom.

Who cares where Tammy's car was if they were using the truck that night? :dervish::dervish: They must have thought the judge would throw out everything. Boo Hoo

On another note, I thought they needed to get all the pre-trial motions worked out BEFORE the jury questionaires are sent out (May 2). At least that's how it was stated in the timeline leading up to trial.

The above article states that the judge wants all pre-trial matters resolved by June 17 and jury selection would begin June 20.

As I said yesterday, it will probably be weeks before the Judge hears and rules on the motions.
