Thank you. As you can imagine, I am hyper sensitive to criticism of Teresa as she obviously gave credit where it wasn't always due and persevered in what we are learning were even more difficult circumstances then imagined. Usually I scroll on by but sometimes I feel the need to clarify/defend. Thanks for understanding.

I feel the same way without even knowing Teresa. She was so obviously in a terrible situation, without knowing it, yet persevering and coping as best she could. She was living with someone who was planning to murder her! Imagine the mixed messages. Gas lighting.

And her close "friend", the intuitive. Why did she not intuit that Dr. Teresa's life was in danger? Anyone selling their "psychic gifts" should be ashamed for missing this one. Think about it. A person who claims to be intuitive is working directly with someone, "helping them", over a long period of time, during which the person's murder is being planned by a third person who is also in close proximity to the intuitive! Really!

I think she needs to find a new career.

If any of you were to recommend document(s) that gave you the most information or flipped a switch for you in this case, which ones would they be? Same with photos/photo folders? I realize this case is still on-going, but from what I've been reading, there are a majority that appear to have their minds made up about things. As a somewhat new person to all of this, I'm wondering if there is a place in all of the voluminous documentation that I should jump to first. Thanks!

No one saw JR or CWW in or at the Sievers residence on June 28 but the evidence from many people proves they took a quick trip to FL, accomplished their goal and quickly returned. Wal Mart video/GPS tracking/TS dog hair in the CWW rental car, etc and several people from Missouri repeated details from the 2 defendants own mouths. Totality of the evidence convinced me 100%. The question is why did they make that trip or who asked or paid them to make that trip? Follow the money.
Convenience of being in CT as an alibi, creditors breathing down MS back, TS tiring of MS ways of office management, TS lack of approval of how MS was too lenient on the kids and direction he was leading them, feeling TS pulling away from marriage and taking her life in a new direction has LE naming MS as POI. Therein lies the problem in attaching physical proof within the circle of MS/JR/CWW. The relationship between CWW including JR won't show a MS connection. It will probably take CWW or physical evidence to make the connection and no one knows if CWW will turn on MS. Then it will probably have to presented as a circumstantial case based on totality of evidence

MS had a yard person, a pool person, a house cleaner, a tutor for the girls and yet he still couldn't work the two hours or so needed daily to keep the books straight. This was a boutique practice. Teresa did not see five patients in an hour, she saw 1 or 1.25. Teresa's office processed little by way of insurance claims and most patients paid 100% at the time of service. How much work was involved on the part of MS? And from interviews we hear that he wasn't handling taxes, rental payments, supplement payments and ordering. There may be self absorbed people in this tragedy, but it wasn't Teresa.

You are correct, though, there was quite a bit of manipulation surrounding her but there was nothing she did to deserve the manipulation except, of course, trusting the wrong people.

My sincere and deepest sympathy to you AmazonRain on the loss of your dear friend. Your insight is priceless! I did not personally know TS, however, it's so evident that she made a difference in this world and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

I know in a lot of these interviews, they claim that MS was the "stay at home parent" basically taking care of everything, yet we see now how he had all these services (tutor, - thank God for the tutor, btw., pool maintenance, housekeeper, lawn maintenance, etc.) for services he could have completed himself and saved them a lot of money on a yearly basis. The narcissist MS "needed" all these services so he could say..."look at me!..I'm so cool and so busy, I PAY these people to do these things because I'm so BUSY being the 'Office Manager' and taking care of the girls".

The reality we now know is, he couldn't even straighten up his home office, pay bills on time (except life insurance), or even respond to the IRS.

TS taking care of herself is not self absorbing (IMO). I truly believe that she was in the process of also healing her own negative thoughts and perhaps entertaining the thought of divorcing MS. This would be devastating to a narcissist. In this situation, all of his "look how cool I am" would be stripped and he'd have to get a REAL job, have his own place, etc. (like normal people do)

I'm totally with you...the only thing TS did wrong was trusting the wrong people. My heart breaks for her 2 precious daughters, her family, patients and dear friends like you.

Hopefully the text messages on the burner phones will also establish a connection with MS. I believe JR testifying that CWW was hired by MS to kill his wife for the insurance money will strengthen the case against MS for motive. In this case I believe it will have to be a totality of lots of circumstantial evidence to convict MS.

Thanks everyone for all the helpful info. The house plan was very helpful. I couldn't quite nail down the set-up of the home.

I am still slogging through everything, but I have a few more questions. Have either CWW or JRR been extradited to FL yet? I know MS hasn't been arrested (which honestly floors me), I'm just not current on where things are with CWW and JRR.

Also, does anyone know the history between CWW and MS? My goodness! Maybe I am an oddball and just don't know how to form proper friendships. I find it quite fascinating, behaviorally speaking, that they kept in such close contact even prior to, what seems to be the hatching of this nefarious tragedy. "Brother from an "other" mother", indeed.

Lastly, have the children been in contact with TS' side of the family? Is the welfare of these children being monitored by anyone other than MS? I caught some headlines, while dashing through, that MS went to court but the judge didn't remove the girls from the home. Is that correct? Has there been follow-up to that (not sure when the hearing occurred)?

It seems like the more I read or see, the more questions I have. I apologize if all of this has been discussed. I promise that I really am trying to catch up on my own...just need a little current event info. TIA!

Unless, of course, there is physical evidence on those burner phones, the discarded computer peripherals, or other hardware--or if there is cloud or surveillance-state evidence we haven't even heard of yet. In the case of "Snowden-type" evidence, it probably couldn't be introduced at trial, but might be used to locate evidence that can be introduced. This could take time, and might even explain the delay in making one or more additional arrests. Then too, information on unrelated Missouri cases might also be used to produce testimony.

While watching the video, I notice that twice the camera zoomed in on the name plaque of her office. Without sleuthing, there is a name I have never heard mentioned before in any capacity even LE interview.

Maybe MS has ADHD. The most common symptoms are forgetfulness, disorganization, restlessness...... Kids and adults who are diagnosed with this still have a brilliant mind. My son who is a senior will attend MIT in Boston, my childhood home town in the Fall and has been diagnosed with ADHD as a child. He has been off medicine for years and controls himself by behavior modification.

Our awesome inhouse attorney- AZ Lawyer has said that this kind of hearsay could be absolutely acceptable in a court of law. Hopefully she or Creepingskills can explain it better, but that is my understanding.

FWIW that name is associated with energy healing and physical therapy. Maybe he rented space to see patients in TS's office?

From the interviews I listened to, the dynamics between TS and MS were not healthy. The AL interview shed the most light for me. Assuming MS is responsible for "hiring" CWW to kill TS, her death could have been quick and without suffering by a means other than being bludgeoned to death. Does anyone think this was done in silence? With no statements to TS as they hurt her?

I hope I didn't offend anyone in staying my opinion as that was not my intent. IMOO I think MS hated her enough to want her dead and wanted her to suffer (as he had).
