Exactly: the whole TS knowingly committed prescription drug fraud by prescribing her own antidepressants to her husband when she could have just called them in for herself is crazy. And she did this to cover her tracks for some reason but hey, she has a drug dealer who knows about her illegal purchases.

I'll wait for the toxicology. I'm not buying what LS is selling

Would antidepressants show up in a toxicology report? I'm so curious as to where this (maybe) false information originated from and why, for what purpose? If this is something MS cooked up, why would he lie about who was taking his prescriptions.

Speaking for myself, I don't have a problem thinking she took antidepressants or smoked some. What I have a problem with is that she isn't here to validate the statements that she was "addicted to pot" "addicted to sex" or had "her prescription written in her husband's name to avoid a paper trail".

Those statements bother me. I already said why I doubt she was addicted to pot because of her energy level. A little recreational reefer is different and I don't judge that.

She isn't here to tell us which version (if any) is correct: was she a sex addict or had a non-existent libido or was closet lesbian. Conflicting information from her husband and her "dear friend" who didn't know as much about TS as she wants LE to believe.

I actually feel like LS has betrayed TS with her fantasy portrayal. I'm sure LE knows what's what and considers the source.

We don't know what LE knows. What if they believe her?

She might not have been concerned about being arrested or losing her license for smoking pot, but I wonder if that revelation could have hurt her practice. Why do this and that to rid yourself of negative energy, anxiety, when simply smoking a joint could help a bit?

AL seemed to imply that TS was guarded about her pot use because she feared it could have a negative impact on her reputation. You can't help what judgments others may have, and pot is pretty divisive so I can understand why she wouldn't take the chance and be open about it.

They look the same. You can purchase burner phones and burner smartphones. They are just prepaid and after the pre-purchased credit has run out, you can either purchase further credit (timeline) or you toss them. They are as traceable as regular cell phones (towers).

That's what I thought. So they *should* be able to go back and get the phone logs from these phones? Maybe in the next doc dump? Hopefully there are texts as well, are those retrievable if they are erased from a burner?

Beause it makes zero sense to me. Calling in a script for yourself under someone else's name is technically a crime, is unnecessary and is super frowned upon where I live. We have been told a while ago to not do it. (My husband is a doctor)-- generally speaking "not to do it" not as in he was doing it but as in the community of docs should no longer do it if they ever were and this includes taking another family member's Meds that they happen to take that you need etc. Everyone must have his or her own prescription.

Yes, we all have opinions and make assumptions. I am glad we are respectful of that fact even if we disagree. It is always good to see things from as many sides as possible. I myself can get a little fiery over it but I do ultimately appreciate it!

I think LS confused 'living on the edge' with 'cutting edge' or used the terms interchangeably. TS was on 'the cutting edge' of holistic medicine, and LS says something like 'you have see her videos so you know, she lived on the edge'. Makes no sense, TS isn't 'risqué' or reckless in the videos LS references, she's brilliant so maybe LS meant 'cutting edge'. :idea:

There is a conspiracy to commit murder here (along with the actual act of murder) and I think the people who conspired think they planned it all out smart enough and with enough layers of storyline and manipulation that makes sense to them but falls apart under scrutiny.

I don't know why MS/LS would introduce it to the storyline but if it's not true, I'll bet there is some stupid reason why it was added (it made sense to the story Line). Like mentioned above, LS may not know it isn't true if it indeed isn't true.

I worked Critical Care for years. I can assure you that you do NOT want a physician under the influence of drugs, even pot or alcohol anywhere near your patient. I have seen both and it is not pretty.

IMO it doesn't matter whether TS took anti depressants that were prescribed for MS, IF that is indeed the truth. This happens within Doctor families more often than you know.

I don't know what the on call schedule was for their office, if TS took call 100% of the time or not. I would like to believe that she would not drink or partake while being on call. Whatever she did on her own time, that was her choice, her risk, her decision.

I don't think her practice was the on-call type. I thought by it's nature of being a boutique style it was strictly office hours. ?

Showing my work, so to speak, thought wise. MS was the one who tried to draw connections between TS and the doctor murder conspiracy theory. MS convinced BS, she urged LE to go down that trail and seemed genuinely surprised when the detective was like 'not possible'. MS manipulated BS into giving the police false leads, LS brought up the conspiracy too. Of course LS could be influencing MS, but I don't think that was happening. I think MS told LS about the conspiracy, for the same reason he told BS. BS brought it up, LS did too. That was part of his plan, to cast suspicion somewhere not on MS. He used them to attempt to mislead LE.

For all we know, MS thought the antidepressants could be used against him in a custody battle. Or something equally as crazy could be the reason he didn't want LE to know he was taking them.

Since they aren't a controlled substance, he could have called them in under her authority as a doc (from her clinic) and she could never have known they existed.

TS obviously didn't know a lot that was going on behind her back.

LOL, I GUESS that LE might not believe she speaks with the dead and had a conversation with TS. That in itself, might taint some of her other thoughts, opinions and statements.

Not to worry, I don't take it personally here, nobody should because we don't know each other outside of here.

I didn't mean to be arguing with you at all, just saying what my take on things is. Like I said, I can only speak for me, that's why I put that, it wasn't an 'in your face' kind of statement. Give and take, back and forth - it's discussion! It's so interesting getting our different points of view and discovering something I hadn't considered before.

It gets cumbersome sometimes trying to state your opinion, but also word it so it doesn't offend anyone and I'm lazy about it sometimes. :/ I think sometimes our conversations are SO polite that someone reading these might think they're watching the Goofy Gophers.

I just went Googling and couldn't find the answer to my question. I understand your statement that regular phones and also burner phones are equally traceable following footprints from tower to tower. I guess I always assumed someone could walk in to WaWa or Walmart and pay cash for the cheap cell phone and also pay cash for maybe 30 days worth phone/text time. I thought I recalled reading somewhere recently that even with these cash phone and cash phone minutes the phone buyer still had to have a credit card to activate the phone. Google refuses to answer my question.

In AL's interview, she said that MS "forgot everything" and had to record it all on his phone. He would even forget to pick up wet towels on the floor (how can one "forget" a wet towel when you have to step on it? - IMO). He was so forgetful that TS wanted to have him tested.

MS couldn't get out of bed, his home office looked like a hurricane blew through it, he forgot everything he was told, couldn't pay bills on time, yet he is the person that home schools those precious girls?
IMO - It sounds like the girls would have more structure and learning by attending a regular school.

Sounds exactly like major depression to me. I bet those prescribed anti-depressants were for him and Lenka is full of it JMO
