Y'all are invited to the house if the trial takes place in Palm Beach County!

If you look at the dates this is SO TYPICAL and I am not surprised AT ALL. At first he was denying he was involved at all. Well, sure he was saying that early on. Then he shuffles to the, "Okay, I was there but outside the house" (aka "JRR is the fall guy" plan B.) By the time he had decided to roll and take the plea, by then CWW knew what evidence LE had on him so the most accurate story is told.

There really is nothing unique or unusual about this. Many, if not most, defendants deny everything at first. Then when they realize what HARD evidence LE has that can't be disputed and they're facing the DP, well when offered a sweet deal like 25 years....the smart ones come clean.
True, very true, Although I could just see Faga cross examining CWW (if he's good in what he does)and making CWW stumble. I hope CWW isnt leaving anything out of the last story.

In addition, I find it hard to believe MS only promised JRR money and not CWW. If he's caught in a lie on that one, Faga may very well challenge CWW'S credibility. Signed, JustWorried

So if he was able to complete it, JRR was just along for the ride?
Yeah, thats what I mean when things don't add up. But I realize we don't yet have all the facts so I'll be calm.
Yeah, it will be interesting to see what MS might be referring to. To me, it doesn't matter what CWW said or how many times he changed his story about his participation level because that's part for the course for everyone who thinks they're going to get away with murder. Anything denials prior to confession are taking with a grain of salt because it's in his best interest and it really doesn't matter. I've been running back3back Datelines/48 Hours (thanks to youtube) and watching these LE interviews with the suspects, they all start out flat NOPE. NOT ME. WASN'T THERE. NEVER HAPPENED. Eventually, their stories change a little bit at a time and finally sometimes get to the confession. It can happen within a single session or several interviews. Whatever. To me, changing stories ONLY matters if the person is still feigning innocence or trying to set up someone else as the killer. If CWW has finally confessed to murder, that's what matters to me because he had nothing to lose by that point. It will be argued that he had everything to gain as in life vs DP, but his testimony carries weight as opposed to someone unknown in jail who wants to try to make a deal for himself by claiming that MS confessed to him. CWW's got documentation and backup for his side.

LOL, it might be fun to see one liar MS calling out another liar. For lying.

I remember it oh so well! I was furious when they released that info. IIRC, they went to the courthouse and retrieved a copy of the search warrant and released the info BEFORE LE was able conduct the July 12th raids in MO (13 days after the murder). I KNEW how vitally important that was it not be made public. SO important that I made a call that I've NEVER once made before and refused to permit it to be posted on Websleuths, despite it being MSM. I only allowed it to be posted AFTER I was assured LE had gotten there and conducted the raids.

Most irresponsible journalism I have ever seen. To this day I am unsure how that reporter got her hands on a copy of that warrant because that should have been sealed until it was executed.

AMEN, this infuriates me as well. Wonder if someone on the inside got the warrant copy to her?! Makes you think unless it was just a sloppy mistake. Regardless, her intent was obvious! There are those in the media who simply want to be The One, The First to get The Story or The Latest. Those individuals simple do not care about the integrity of any given case & all involved. DISGUSTING & LOW LIFES

I'm very curious from where, what direction, & how CWW & JRR approached the house, then how they entered. Obviously CWW had the codes for the garage door AND the door directly into the house. If they used the pedestrian door (staged to look like a break in) on the side of the garage, they still had to get into the back yard without being seen. How they did that with no one seeing or hearing them. And where did they leave/park their rental car. It's not like it was 2 or 3am when most are in deep sleep. I know it was mentioned that a couple neighbors saw MS in their yards, later saying they wondered if he was checking to see what could be seen of his house from those locations.

We'll see when all is revealed.

Very interesting. I was not aware of all the issues with the media. Most of the comments are supportive too, except for one. There is even a comment posted by the uncle of TS.

Sheriff Scott has a history of strongly worded battles with the media. I recall several years back the news press was being verbally "spanked" by him. Just a disclaimer: I'm not picking sides, I'm just conveying info that some folks may find interesting to sleuth if bored.

"It pains me to have to talk to Mr. Rodgers about essentiallyhaving to choose between his constitutional right to having effective representation of counsel and a speedy trial, but there is simply no way that we can go through the voluminous material which is now over 50,000 pages of discovery," Fitzgeorge said.

Fitzgeorge told Lee Circuit Judge Bruce Kyle a glitch in the system caused a delay in receiving the prosecution's intent to seek the death penalty.

Those pictures of Mimi and Mr. Mimi in the article just kill me. They should be enjoying their later years in life instead of going through all this.

A text message exchange between the father and one of his daughters weeks before the slaying released by the state attorney's office alludes to the tension.

"Mommy is not being nice she just combed my hair! Hard. And will not let me talk to you," the preteen girl wrote.

Mark Sievers, who was with a family member at the time, responded with: "Call me."

Four minutes later, she wrote: "sorry for hanging up but I did not think mom would want to hear what I was going to say love you."

He said he loved her and reminded her: "I cannot call you. You must call me when you want to talk. Remember, I love you baby and follow the Golden rule with you and your sister and of course mommy too."

Really. The level of manipulation here is insane.:mad::mad:

Your last sentence BBM - I am a crying blubbering mess today..... It's really getting to me. I cannot even begin to fathom what MAG, Annie and the rest of the family are going through. Not to mention, it's a year this week that they spent their last days with Teresa.... God bless them all during this difficult time.

I loathe Mark Sievers to a point it isn't healthy.

Are we getting the rest of the documents that the media has?

I finally got a response to my email from yesterday. No one is available to email them to me until Monday. Sorry. Not happy about it at all but out of my hands.

It was mentioned in the earlier threads, but Mark had this all planned out......he thinks he can frame the other two guys because he thinks they are both stupid, he was grooming the girls for a long time and he had no rules or boundaries while raising them.........

He honestly thinks he can get away with murder......I will pray for the SAO , the victim's family and jury when it comes to trial. It will be very interesting........

Mark is the type of man that runs shivers down a mother's back......I honestly think he had his game plan for a long time.....he got a house, children that worship him and money he dreamed about it.....

A person can't get any more chilling than that.....

The following are my thoughts – not facts.

MS hired CWW and promised to pay him a substantial amount from the life insurance proceeds. They're such lifelong buddypals, two sides of the same coin, twins separated at birth, soulmates, whatever they are, there was no need to speak of specific amounts between them. That CWW testified that they didn't discuss a set amount doesn't bother me.

JRR was not involved in the private, two-hour planning session the night before the wedding.

CWW hired JRR to help with driving such a long distance in a short period of time. A fee of $10,000 was promised to JRR for his participation in the entire trip plus the help with the murder if needed (evidently it was). I don't discount the idea that CWW also wanted the company of his protege.

I don't believe there was any communication between MS and JRR. I think CWW made another judgement error involving JRR and telling him too much. He would have been better off hiring a stranger who knew nothing of MS. Luckily for prosecution, CWW told him too much and JRR confessed to his gf.

MS sent some cash before the murder trip to help with travel expenses and incidentals – a little carrot to dangle – a taste of the riches to come. I also believe MS left more cash for CWW and possibly JRR too at the murder scene.

I believe that if JRR goes to trial, his defense will raise the potential mitigation of JRR being a bit of a victim of CWW. A rudderless follower in need of a father-figure and CWW took full advantage of that weakness. JRR was deluded enough to think he was doing right by the mother of his child and future family security by earning money even if it was by murdering someone. CWW: “You've supporting a girlfriend, her two children and you have your own child on the way. Think of what you can do for your family with this kind of money!”

I believe that JRR is oddly, the most normal of them all. I believe that his life could have gone another way had he not met CWW. He may have been a thief before this, but not violent like CWW and MS.

TaySho has some sense of what's right, but I can't get past knowing she was a-ok with him going off to commit burglaries– felonies that would put him back in prison even if he'd never left the state. In another state no less, another violation. JRR took a major gamble and it failed. Better to be in prison for parole violation and robbery than for murdering someone for money. Better to have had a gf who begged him not to go or say that she would leave him if he risked their future by committing any crime at all. Oh, well.

JR was paying for everything in his household and she depended on him to provide. That brings another topic into play regarding morals but it is what it is.......I feel really bad for the little children of hers ......
