Mark is stupid. He just wants to waste time for his own pleasure. There were burner phones according to the discovery JR's attorney requested. Im.also convinced they ​got a lot of money according to their standards. US bank was listed on the discovery as well

Sorry if this is a repeat....American Express is suing MS along with Sievers and Company PLLC for $44,623.36

relates to balances owed on a business AmEx card plus his personal Delta Skymiles AmEx Card.

interesting that he ran up the balances to the max just prior to his arrest.

i wish we could see that. Hopefully it will come up in his trial. we won't see anything else in this case because in a few weeks time AmEx will get a default judgement. After that they'll just stand in line behind the IRS.

Thanks for the link, No its not. Nothing much new about AW in the interview with a coworker.

BUT there was some interesting info in the interview of Sandra Hoskins (also included in this same file) that didn't make a lot of sense the first time I read it, but is quite interesting to read now. This devoted employee was still in the office at 4:15PM on the day of the discovery of the body and that's where she was interviewed.

She goes into detail about the phone calls that went back and forth when "Doctor" failed to show up on time. She also states that she was going to leave the office and go to the house and MS told her not to do that. AND he also told her to "cancel all the patients for the remainder of the day". It sounds as if he told her to do this early on in the narrative.
Perhaps before he was even informed of TS's body being discovered?

According to the co-worker interview, CWW fixed the bread warmer element at the restaurant by ordering the part online then repairing it. There's another side job for Mr. "Bad shoulder"!!!

Mr. Disabled sure was a Jack of all trades.

AW's aunt who was married - the husband told his brother who confronted MS and the guy disappeared and no on ever found his body.

Side note - please read if you get a minute as I'm screenshot clueless and there's more then my short paraphrasing.

I'm confused! Is this a rumor like the "telephone talk" when we were kids and rumors get twisted or is this another missing person besides GB?

AND....the Aunt was married at the time? MS was engaged to her at one time.

Emergemcy hearing called for more information about the camp. At least he agreed she can go to summer camp and be a normal kid for once. He sent them every summer before this and now he has to OK it? As though MAG can't make a good decision?

That MS makes me want to heave..lol

To pile-on here; take a look at the Law Suit against MS from TS's family to remove him as trustee of the family trust. Ohio National Life, who hold two of the TS life-insurance policies, are willing to pay-out on the policy to the trust; But only if MS is NOT the trustee of the trust. If TS's family fails to remove him from the trust then Ohio National Life will instead deposit the payout with the Lee County clerk. That will not only delay the access to funds until the end of the trial (maybe years) but it will also trigger a statutory service fee of $45,000 thus reducing the money for the girls.

MS is being difficult and refuses to do the right thing for the girls by resigning from the trust. In MS's head - It's all about himself.

I believe the above is not accurate. Ronnie Bolin is the guy that went missing in MO years ago. His brother, Greg Bolin gave an interview and it is posted on You Tube. It will give some insight on RBS disappearance. There is also an article written by Trent Kelley posted Oct 2015 you can google as I am on my mobile phone and am unable to provide a link.

IIRC MS dated AW's aunt who was unmarried at the time. They broke up and AW's aunt later married Greg Bolin, the brother of the guy that went missing. I have not seen anything in the depositions that mention MS and RB knowing each other. However CWW did know RB as indicated in Greg's interview. I believe the above can be confirmed in the RB thread of this forum.

I took a spin by the Sievers house during my lunch break. Someone (probably a neighbor) may have trimmed down the front a little - but still looks horrible...The backyard looks like a jungle! I wouldn't go in there without a stout pair of boots and a shotgun

It's hard to tell if there is any power to the place but if the Air Con isn't running at least on "away mode" then the inside of the house is going to be full of black mold.

Maybe bulldozing the house is the best thing for it!
