Sins of the father: Steven Powell's behavior leaves a legacy of harm

  • #61
I've been reading since February, but today is my first post. For those without Twitter accounts, you can view livestreams of #stevePowell tweets and find other archived media about Steven Powell's criminal trial for voyerism (child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 charge removed) at this Seattle News website: http://seattle.nozzl.com/disappearance-of-susan-cox-powell-and-trial-of-steven-powell/

Not all reporters and other tweeters are using the #stevePowell tag for all of their tweets, but you get most breaking news from court that way.

Glad you came out of lurkdom Erik! Welcome to WS and thank you for the link! A warm welcome to all of those lurkers who have been fearful of signing up and posting . . . we don't bite too much. We look forward to hearing from new voices and new thoughts.

Sick, sick, sick. I can't be the only one to wonder if he isn't the one who did something to Susan.

When I read SP's fantasies about Susan I remembered reading about Carl Tanzler:

[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carl_Tanzler"]Carl Tanzler - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/ame]

"Carl Tanzler or sometimes Count Carl von Cosel (February 8, 1877 – July 23, 1952) was a German-born radiologist at the United States Marine Hospital in Key West, Florida who developed a morbid obsession for a young Cuban-American tuberculosis patient, Elena Milagro "Helen" de Hoyos (July 31, 1909 - October 25, 1931), that carried on well after the disease had caused her death.[1] In 1933, almost two years after her death, Tanzler removed Hoyos's body from its tomb, and lived with the corpse at his home for seven years until its discovery by Hoyos's relatives and authorities in 1940.[2]"

"He reportedly said that Elena's spirit would come to him when he would sit by her grave and serenade her corpse with a favorite Spanish song."

Tanzler liked to sing also! The thought ran through my head that maybe SP has Susan's body in a storage facility. Probably not, but stranger things have happened.
